“Live in Love It Is the Only Way to Live!”

To be loved by someone and to be able to return that love unconditionally is the greatest love that one can ever receive.

For those of us who have such a love, our lives are enhanced and enriched in so many ways.  For one thing we feel well in mind, body and spirit and our whole outlook becomes different.  Our bodies are energised and we have a spring in our step, which makes us feel lighter and not held down by earthly negative vibrations and disappointments.

We are able to deal with life’s difficulties with a greater understanding and compassion and our minds are filled with doing good deeds for all those around us.

Nothing is of any trouble for it is the more we love and the more we give, so we are replenished with it every day.  All automatically is returned to us, by Spiritual Law nothing is ever denied, as in giving so we are receiving all the time.

It is the loving of humanity with all its strange ways and turns that we are able to develop an understanding of ourselves. We, who are not perfect, but we are able to strive for a better life once we decide we wish to live in the state of continuous love and not hate or deceit.

By the very efforts of our mind, it strengthens us to do more and to strive to achieve a better life, not only for ourselves, but for those around us whose lives are not so blessed as ours.

It is primarily the love that is within all of us that needs to be exercised every day, so that our kindness and loving spirit will enhance so many around us and allow them to also strive in the right way.

There is too much hate in this world and that breeds another type of destructive force and that negativity can in the long run destroy what is so good and decent in all of us.

None of us can afford to go down that negative spiral and so we must remain constantly vigilant as to our purpose in this life.  To maintain a spirit of love and then tranquillity and peace of mind is forever ours.

To live in this state of unconditional love for most of us is not difficult.  There are of course those who go down the selfish route.  For them, they will always be dissatisfied and grumpy that their lives are not going in the way that they wish them to be.

What is happening here is that they are swimming against the Spiritual Tide of Human Emotion, where goodness is the right way to be and selfishness is not.  So for those who continue down that selfish road, go against the tide of human development and so will have to encounter every boulder and obstacle that comes their way, which are plenty indeed.

That is why they can never win and will never learn that to be selfish will never give them an easy life, as it goes against the tide of what is right and decent for all.

Over time the full realisation comes to all those individuals, if not in this life then in the next, where the lessons to learn about this are more severe and where the act of turning is made harder, as the lessons need to be learnt to make a proper impression.

When a wrong has been done there can never be any kind of gain.  However, when good is done in a loving way, then all good things are always given and life becomes easier by the day.  There is no hardship, as one learns to swim with the Spiritual Tide of Life and so one is automatically carried by loving arms of all those who steer our lives anyway.

As with unconditional love we are always secure, always protected and much peace and satisfaction is afforded to us all.

Live in love it is the only way to live!

“Taking up the staff of friendship is always a worthy cause, but some people find it difficult to make new relationships work, so we need to be mindful of their concerns.”

Why Russian Troops Left Ukraine’s Borders
“As predicted yesterday, there is an announcement by President Putin to withdraw his military forces from near the Ukraine border. The Kremlin is having internal wrangling, which is causing problems within the power struggle that is going on there.
“It will be some time before a proper adjustment is maintained that will support a common ground. International pressure is putting the Kremlin in an awkward place.
“What they want to do and what is ideally possible are two very different things. It is this that is causing the rifts in policies, which were not there before. They will have no choice but to back down, but will still bear their teeth nevertheless. All will now be about saving face, which is more important for the Kremlin to do at home than abroad.”

“Why do we always seem to be looking back and feeling that we could have done better?  Sometimes we fail to engage our mind-set before we speak and then we say rash words and, too late, we regret it.”

Russia Will Have to Back Down in Ukraine
“Ukraine battles to keep control of its regions, but there will be a severe battle before negotiations on a different level can be achieved. The country is now heading towards anarchy with both sides vying up the opposition. Both think they are right and will be able to overthrow the other.
“Both will be greatly mistaken, as the new found factions will not be able to work. Even with Russian activists trying to stir up trouble for the opposition forces, there will be no concluding solutions. Russia, which is under enormous financial pressure, will have to back down.
“How it backs down will be by a series of agreements which will suit nobody. However it will allow for a breathing space to occur before a greater long-term solution is found. All the Ukrainian people, and it doesn’t matter which side of the fence they are on, will regret the eventual split up of their country.
“Nothing will benefit any of them and this will only be seen in time. People must accept that they have differences of opinions, yet have a common nationality. This should be preserved for all prosperity and a richer more vibrant nation can be formed for the good of all.”

“There are reasons for illness that the medical profession don’t understand, but then they don’t understand the attitude of the mind that makes the physical dependant on its attitude to wellbeing and good living.”

Politicians Need To Reflect All and Not Just the Chosen Few

“Many people feel disenfranchised by their own Governments. They feel it is more jobs for the boys & many decent people who have their hearts set on representing the people never seem to get a look in.
“Working in politics is never easy and it is very much a question of who you know who can help you to get in. What should be asked is, “Who is the right person to take on the job in the first place?”
“Until government officials start to engage more with the general public you will continue to have this divide of mistrust and frustration. There needs to be more effective governing and more people elected from the lower social strata. Then they can make effective criticism. This way the cries of the people are heard.
“Many of the elite in politics have no concept what it is like to be on the poverty line. Never in a decade will they know the effect both physically and mentally to the body and the very soul of these people. If they did, they truly would be humbled and would try more substantially to reduce the suffering to so many.
“It is only when we suffer that can we actually relate to those who suffer daily and where for many there is no hope or relief. Politicians now need to look at their jobs and not consider it as a cushy number. They must realise that people have emotions and fears that are real.
“They do not fit a pattern or a statistic and are not just a number. They are people and all are different and should be treated with compassion and respect. Politicians should reflect all parts of society and not just a chosen few, if they want to have successful governing the world over.”

“Smile and the world can see your happiness.  It is infectious, so the more you smile the greater the happiness that you spread.  A grumpy face makes a very dull world!”

Justice Sometimes Takes Time to Come In
“German Nazi-era art hoarder Cornelius Gurlitt, who died on Tuesday, has made the Bern Art Museum in Switzerland his ‘sole heir’. He is the son of Adolf Hitler’s art dealer and he had amassed a collection worth up to a billion euros. The museum said the news had struck ‘like a bolt from the blue’, as they had no relationship with Mr Gurlitt.
“The art collection has been the subject of a long legal dispute over the works that may have been taken illegally by the Nazis. The Bern Art Museum said it was delighted at the news that they had become the unrestricted and unfettered sole heir.
“Mr Gurlitt’s father Hildebrand Gurlitt was ordered to deal in works of art that had been seized from the Jews. He also dealt with art that had been removed from German museums.
“The priceless collection had been confiscated by the Bavarian authorities from the son’s apartment in 2012. The Bern Art Museum now gets ownership of the collection through the lawyers of Cornelius Gurlitt. They indicate that the paintings shown to be looted should return to present day heirs of the victims – an arrangement that still stands.
“There will be no argument over the works of art acquired by Mr Gurlitt’s father before the Nazi’s came to power, so they can go to Bern. For those paintings which are in dispute, the authorities give potential claimants a year to come forward.
“This will at last be justice for those who legally owned these works of art and who can now rightfully claim them.     It will also allow for the rest of the art collection to be viewed again and appreciated by the public in a very prestigious art museum.
“Justice sometimes takes time to come in. What may at times seem like an eternity and all appears lost, then turns around and the right thing is done Justice on so many levels is now finally being dealt with by the Higher Intelligence and where at last peace of mind is received.”

“Make a good fist of it and know that you have done your best.  Nobody can ask more of you than that, so always do your best and then you cannot reproach yourself afterwards.”

Why starvation will replace wars as the single most destructive force to hit humanity.
“Rising levels of CO2 around the world will significantly impact on the nutrient content of crops around the world. Experiments show levels of zinc, iron and protein are likely to be reduced by up to 10% in wheat and rice by 2050. This would have serious health implications for billions of people, especially in the developing world.
“Now an international team has put together a global analysis based on experiments in Japan, Australia and the US. They have grown 41 different varieties of grains and legumes in open fields with levels of carbon dioxide expected in the middle of this century.
“The trials have found that the reduction of iron, zinc and protein in rice and wheat will have major health implications. A third of the global populations are already suffering from iron and zinc shortages. This leads to some 63 million life years being lost annually.
“It is known that 2bn people already get 70% of their iron and zinc from these grains and legumes. So with crops reducing in nutrients, this will make for alarming deficiencies. What the scientists are now looking at is a breeding programme to produce rice that becomes less sensitive to CO2.
“The impact of carbon on nutrient levels is another blow to global food production. Due to the rising temperatures globally, crop yields are already suffering. This means that the production of maize, wheat and rice will go down over the course of this century.
“We owe it to our children and their children after them.  Global warming needs to be our first priority. We must save people – not only now, but in the future. We can no longer place our heads in the sand and ignore it. Starvation will replace wars as the single most destructive force to hit humanity!”

“Look out for the good things that occur every day in your life and give thanks for them.  If you don’t notice them and simply regard it as good luck, then why should the spirits help you?”

All Life Is Precious and Is a Gift to Enjoy
“The beauty of life surrounds us all the time when we make the time to enjoy it and to appreciate the goodness of nature in all its finery. For many, spring is the greatest time of the year when all of nature is buzzing with activity. From the winter slumber, new life is created and everything becomes fast acting and positive.
“New life in the animal world is both exciting and enchanting. The newly born animals and birds give us so much pleasure and make us realise that life really is worth living.
“For those who live in the country, this time of the year is especially beautiful and we praise God’s handiwork all around us. We are truly blessed in so many ways.
“The various abundance of colours and scent that come from the blooms of plants, make us feel good. Life is really worth living after all and we shouldn’t take anything for granted.
“All life is precious and we need to stop and take time to see what is so glorious around us Take in all that God has created for our pleasure as we cohabit with nature and work together to help create a better world.”
3rd May 2014 (jandmayers and ladylydialondon twitter)

“See your life turn around, as you do good things so goodness comes to you.  It is a simple formula, which always works, but it is Man who makes things complicated!”

Take a Step Back and Rest We Are Not Robotic
“Many of us rush around each day to see how much we can fit in in a given time and wonder why we feel so exhausted and unwell. We often hear the words ‘I am shattered’ or ‘I’m so exhausted, I don’t know what to do with myself.’ We must now start to realise that although the world works at such a fast pace we don’t necessarily need to meet those demands all the time.
“We can actually give ourselves permission to take a step back and rest, so that our bodies can catch up with our minds. If we let it, life can consume us and we find we are only on the treadmill of life and not living life as we should.
“It is high time we started being good to ourselves and started to understand we are not robotic. That time out is essential to recharge our batteries, so that we are able to achieve again on other days.
“All of us need that mental break, so the physical is able to catch up and heal where necessary. We owe it to ourselves to love ourselves and to know we are all worth it – for tomorrow is another day.
“Cherish what you do, but never lose sight of rest and recuperation. It is a vital cog to our survival if we are to continue achieving in our own life.”

April Newsletter 2014

“The Takers Have Taken Long Enough”

What is so sad today is the lack of respect from so many to those whose lives they depend on to help them, yet consideration for them is not forth coming.

The changes that are happening on a vibrational level will now oust out all whose idea is to simply take and not give in the true sense of the word.  Many will find themselves now out in the wilderness with only themselves to blame and where they will be passed over for those whose gratefulness is genuine and where real appreciation is forth coming.

No more will the generous hearted soul be taken for granted or even used anymore.  That tide is now turning in a massive way to the needs of those who do give generously.  They will find they are rewarded beyond their wildest dreams.

For them, life takes on a different veil of expectancy and where their good works are clearly rewarded for all time.  They will be able to enjoy great feats of success, as they once again begin to believe in themselves and their worth.

No longer will they be a slave to the ungracious.  They are being moved on and their tasks will allow them a better way to live and to be appreciated by those whose own lives had been taunted by the selfish and the uncaring.

There now is a different philosophy where one has to earn the right to be treated with respect by the givers of this world and no longer can they take it for granted.

The world is now turning upside down and those who were tolerated for their misdeeds will see themselves alone and no longer accepted.

They have brought about unhappiness and pain by their actions and they must be seen for what they are and be left alone to their own devices, which will be sadly lacking.

Forgiveness comes in at a very high price and will not be easily given.  It is only rewarded by efforts of goodwill and where a generous nature is acknowledged, not just for a period of a short time, but for all time if they are to reap any rewards at all.

Meanwhile, those whose caring hearts are always at the forefront of their lives, will see great changes happen to them and where the rewards are always constant.  Theirs has been a lifetime of giving and so much appreciation is afforded to them always.

An Exceptional Female Voice
“In the world today it is refreshing to hear of something worthwhile and sobering. Mexican writer and journalist Elena Poniatowska has received the most important award for literature in the Spanish language.
“The Cervantes Prize was presented to Elena by King Juan Carlos of Spain in a ceremony in the town of Alcala de Henares. It is the birth place of Miguel de Cervantes.
“Elena, who is 81, is only the fourth woman to be awarded this prize in its four decades-long history. Her writings explore the social injustices of Mexico. One of her most famous investigative works is ‘Massacre in Mexico’, which chronicles the 1968 killings. There, hundreds of student protesters in Mexico City were brutally killed at the hands of the military.
“Another of her famous pieces a non-fiction work, ‘Nothing, Nobody: The Voices of the Mexico City Earthquake’. Here she reported on the aftermath of the 1985 quake. More than 10,000 people died and there was lack of action by the Government. Interspersing victims’ personal stories and her own reflections she has created a powerful account. Her account describes the ensuing disintegration of the fabric of society.
“Many of her works have focused on roles of Mexican women, especially in their history, ‘Women of the Mexican Revolution’, which traces the story of women soldiers through photographs and text.
“In Elena’s acceptance speech she recalled the nation’s less fortunate people and the continuing struggle of its women. She is an amazing woman and is an inspiration to many Mexican women, who see her as the voice piece where so many do not have a voice. Her sensibility is like a breath of fresh air.
“The Mexican Government should take note and learn from this distinguished writer and journalist. There should be many more female voices, but like all greats this one is exceptional.”

“If everybody you love loved you, then life would be a dream.  So do your best to spread unconditional love and see the returns that you have earned by your love bringing happiness and fulfilment.”

The Tide of Women’s Rights is Turning

“In Iran they are marking Women’s Day and Mr Rouhani has urged equal opportunities and rights for both men and women. He has criticised those who consider women’s presence in society as a threat. He further said Iran has a long way to go to ensure gender equality.
“Foreign activist groups argue that Iran’s laws discriminate against women. Yet Rouhani still maintains that he will not accept the culture of sexual discrimination against women. Women must enjoy equal opportunity, equal protection and equal social rights, all this he said on Iranian television.
“Yet Iran’s Supreme leader, the highest authority in the land, states that he did not oppose women’s employment, but it should not conflict with their main issue, which was women’s role in the family environment and the household, even though, women in Iran have served as lawmakers in Parliament.
“In 2012, several Iranian universities introduced rules banning female students from nearly 80 degree courses. They are drawing criticism from campaigners. A human rights group Amnesty International said in its 2013 report that Iranian women faced discrimination.
“This is in law and practice with relation to marriage and divorce. Also their inheritance rights were not observed together with child custody and nationality and international travel.
“In May 2013, a constitutional body in Iran ruled that women could not run in Presidential elections all in all, women should know their place, which is in the home where they can be of no harm to men. It is men who seek to maintain the upper hand in Iranian life.
“They are truly afraid of women to install such draconian methods to keep them subservient in this day and age. But women the entire world over are starting to fight back with every means at their disposal. Men will need to think very carefully if they wish to continue in this selfish way.
“More women are becoming independent and they will no longer tolerate these rulings by men. The Internet is a powerful tool and women are now uniting in a common theme of united power and support, which is growing daily.
“Iran will need to come into the 21st century whether it likes it or not. There are subtle ways in which women do win and this is happening all the time. They have after all right on their side and justice will be done whether men accept it or not. The tide is turning and can never be stopped!”
22nd April 2014 (jandmayers and ladylydialondon twitter)

“This is the most important time of your life.  It is the now that you are in.  The past is done with and you are shaping your future today, so get it right and heed all your inner self can help you with – you know it makes sense!”

Bail Out or Bail In?

“MEP’s have backed rules for a banking safety net to minimise the risk of further taxpayer-funded bailouts. It is now necessary for a European authority to be able to wind up or restructure failing banks.
“The EU banking union reforms will create contingency funds of $76bn by bank levies so that the cash can be injected before the bank actually fails, which is what happened in Cyprus and Greece.
“They had to be bailed out with taxpayers’ money. This is at least a step in the right direction. This new legislation comes in to safeguard banks doing their own irresponsible thing by running amok.
“Unfortunately the Eurozone still does not have credible backstops to deal with a major systemic failure like the 2008 financial crash, but matters are now in place to stem this tide of deceit and appalling banking practice.
“It is up to the European Central Bank to put safeguards in to protect the taxpayer, who is always at the brunt of bad practice. This package of banking reforms enshrines in binding rules the principle of bail-in, so that shareholders and creditors pay for their banks mistakes and not the taxpayers.
“There will be more reforms, as has already been predicted by myself previously. Gradually an iron tight fence of laws will be implemented and the banking system will never be the same again!”
16th April 2014 (ladylydialondon twitter)

“Starting as you mean to go on is a good thought, but adjustments have to be made along the way or no progress can be made.  It is no use being blind to the better way of being”

Remember Those who Report for You
“The Guardian & Washington Post have shared the Pulitzer Prize for public service journalism for a series of stories on US electronic spying. Their reporting was based on documents leaked by former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden.
“Among other winners of the top prize in US journalism was the Boston Globe for breaking news reporting. Also two staff writers of Reuters news agency were awarded the prize for international reporting.
“In the case of the Guardian newspaper their reporting sparked off a debate about the relationships between Government and the public over issues of security and privacy. Their publications were both authoritative and insightful.
“This helped the public understand where the disclosures fit in the larger framework of national security. Mr Snowden himself has said the Guardian’s award is a vindication for everyone who believes that the public has a role in Government.
“Josh Haner won the feature photography category for a moving essay on a Boston Marathon bomb blast victim who lost most of both legs. Many journalists are imprisoned for doing their jobs like the Aljazeera staff, who were dealing with sensitive issues in Egypt. They are Peter Greste, Baher Mohamed, and Mohamed Fahmy
“Prosecutors have failed to produce any evidence for their imprisonment, yet they are held now for 108 days without trial. The court even denies them bail and has adjourned their trial four times. There is international condemnation, as journalists need to cover issues around the world without fear of imprisonment.
“We must never forget Marie Colvin. She was a Sunday Times journalist and a French photographer, who were killed in the besieged Syrian city of Homs. Colvin was known for wearing a black eye patch after she lost an eye due to shrapnel wound while working in Sri Lanka in 2001.
“These journalists covering these kinds of work shoulder great responsibilities and sometimes they face the ultimate price. We, the general public, owe it to the brave efforts of all these courageous reporters and their colleagues.
“They keep working in the face of extraordinary intimidation and circumstances. These journalistic rewards are much needed and more should be acknowledged by the general public. If it were not for them, the truth would never come out!”

The Natural Way to Turn Off the Street Lamp
“In the Netherlands they have now a 500m stretch of highway which has glow in the dark markings. This new invention is paint which has a photo-luminising powder that charges up in the daytime. It then is able to slowly release a green glow at night.
“This invention is to do away with street lighting – an interactive artist together with a Dutch civil engineering firm has worked on the idea. It is the first time ‘glowing lines’ technology has been piloted on the road.
“Once this paint has absorbed daylight, it can glow for up to eight hours in the dark. The Dutch Government are shutting down street lighting at night to save money. Energy is becoming much more important than we could ever have imagined 50 years ago.
“This revolutionary idea is all about safety and the more that can be done to light up darken roads the better for all. The inventor Daan Roosegaarde was already working on projects involving energy-neutral streetlights when he came up with this idea.
“He thought of jelly fish that give out light yet have no solar panel and no energy bill. Nature is a wonderful thing and all our inspiration comes from nature and its natural laws.
“We just need to look at Leonardo da Vinci, who was an inventor, engineer as well as a painter and geologist. He invented the parachute, diving suit and air flight all from watching and learning about nature.
“We are so rich in this world. However we need the skills of those whose minds are receptive to the Higher Intelligence to see what is all around us. The answers are all there when we have time to look.”
