NEWSLETTER NUMBER FIFTY-EIGHT

 “Don’t Forget the Animals”

The love of humanity is always there ingrained into our hearts and minds, but we must not overlook the animals that share this planet with us.  We would all be in a sorry state if we did not have them in our lives.

Our pets are so dear to us and many have actually saved our lives and are important factors in our survival and wellbeing.

The animals that graze in our fields and give us warmth in our clothing and furnishings also bring us nourishment in the food that they provide.

The fish in the sea are a staple diet for many people, who have been kept alive in the world around us.  For this we are truly grateful and none of us can afford to take them for granted.

We are as responsible for the upkeep of our animals, as they are in bringing us all that we need to keep us warm and satisfied.

Our feathered friends, whose songs we hear regularly, sustain us when we have nobody to speak to.  They respond with loving kindness if we feed them when winters are long and harsh.

We are so blessed in so many ways and we can never afford to take anything for granted, because when we do, that is when species so often die out or are threatened.

We all share this planet together and cohabit with these marvellous creatures.  We are a part of nature and all the wonderment that goes with it.

For many our pets are our greatest treasures, because they know us so well and they try to please us in ways no human could possibly do.  Dogs and cats have an innate sense that when we are ill they will not leave our side.

They wish to heal and protect us until we are better.  They sense illness in us long before any visible signs are detected and their loving kindness makes us feel better and they strengthen us to get well.

They have the wisdom of sensing their owners when they are about to return home from work or an outside activity.  They wait patiently for our return and are the ones first to greet us when we arrive back.

Their love for us is unconditional and always will be.  For many of us we would be truly lost without their companionship and their love.  Their only wish is to be accepted and treated correctly.  This at least we owe them as they are our faithful companions for life.

We are all a part of this planet and we must ensure that it remains safe, not only for our children, but for all the animals and plant life who serve us as well.

Where Are You Certain to Find God?

“A great monumental mind change is now happening, where many are fed up of the old ways of being and learning. They are fed up with Church teachings and their false promises not kept. Mankind is forging ahead with renewed enthusiasm to bring true enlightenment into his own mind without the necessary teachings of the Church.
“The populace is now in a position to find its own way and to bring about self-transformation. This is by the guidance of the Higher Intelligence, whose teachings are now being sought. Many are finding God in their own way and through their own impetus. Their feelings are being increased to meet the demands of self-instruction when it is most needed.
“The long road ahead is both reassuring and practical in its approach. It is daily being implemented, bringing in the necessary tools that Mankind must have to survive. It is there for all time. It will increase Man’s belief that he was born outside this planet by a Higher Intelligence before descending to do his duty.
“The true revelation is now, as the Universal energies are increased specifically for this design. Man will begin to recognise in himself a part of the Divine. He will know instinctively that his mission on this earth is both just and honourable.
“The teachings by clerics and, so called Church employees, will cease to become important. Man will start to find his own way without the trappings and confines of religious practices. It only makes him a servant to the cause and not to God.
“God is an instrument of love, forgiveness and compassion. The commandments are already written in our souls, they do not need any further teachings. Those who wish to follow dogma have not pure and untarnished thoughts of their own. They are like puppets steeped in dogma that does nothing to enlighten the soul to do good things.
“Man can pray many times and still go out and maim somebody. These are not God’s teachings and never have been written. The hand of Man must never strike another in hatred or anger. That is not God’s way, but only Man’s!”
“It is time for Man to think outside of the box of dogma. He must start to follow what is in his heart and there alone is where he will find God.”

“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.  In the end, we remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.”
Martin Luther King Jr

The work of Jesus Christ goes on

“As the world comes together to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, we are all reminded of his plight to be born safe and secure. For at that time, as now, there was much treachery about and the need to keep him safe for humanity’s sake was an important necessity.
“With the help of God’s guiding light & His ministry to protect, Jesus was allowed safe passage to Egypt until it was time for him to return. We are reminded of the many refugees, who also seek shelter in these troubled times. The simplest of help and hand of friendship will stay with them for all time.
“This is a time for much reflection and commitment to the Spiritual Forces, who help us all with our daily needs. From nowhere angels appear to assist where no help seemed possible. The guiding light of love is never far away and, even in our darkest hour, we are looked after and protected.
“Our status in life is not what we have, but what we are able to give in times where hardship is all around us. It is to them that we are thankful, to know that our lives are shaped by our love and compassion and not from hatred and misdeeds.
“Those who believe in that great prophet Jesus Christ will know that even though he is not in his physical body, he is still helping us in his spirit form. Many people, who are sensitive, will have seen Jesus Christ helping in so many ways throughout the world.
“He is not dead, but very much alive and doing his utmost to teach and enlighten us if we are ready to hear. He is not to be found in Churches, but in the lands of this world where there are people whose prime objective is to help their fellow man.
“There he is found in the goodness of compassion and motivation to assist all those whose lives feel threatened and insecure. As help was given to him to survive in order to administer his mission, so others will know he is with them to do the very same.”

“A man is walking along the seashore as the tide ebbs, revealing a multitude of stranded starfish.  Soon he comes upon a young girl, who is picking up the starfish one by one and returning them to the sea.
So he asks the girl, “What are you doing?”
And she replies, “They will die if I don’t get them back into the water.”
“But there are so many of them,” the man says.  “How can anything you do make a difference?”
The girl picks up another starfish and carries it to the sea.  “It makes a difference to this one.”

Calling the elite and the wise

“The time for turning matters around is now. All people the world over must start to reflect in their own unique roles as being a part of society. They must not to be driven by an ideology that brings disruption and despair to the masses. This world is for all of us to live and work in.
“It is not for the individual souls, who think they have the right to bring pain, misery and death to others just because they feel it is their right to do so. Justice and injustice is all around us and it is time for leadership to be brought in.
“They need to have the skills and the wisdom to bring in a safekeeping passage for the rest of humanity to live by. There are not enough skilled people to take the initiative and bring a return of balance and hope to an impoverished world. For those who do have those skills, their leadership is much needed now.
“The world’s suffering people need to believe that Mankind is directed by God, who can make a difference in their lives. God means peace, love and commitment to the flock that is under His care. It is time now that His ministries, who have unconditional love in their hearts, step forwards and do His bidding.
“The time has come for true adjustment and where the rule of law brings back justice over the impoverished. The people need again to believe in a salvation, not as a promise but as a reality that can and must be accomplished. These wise souls clearly know who they are and will be able to recover Mankind from the brink of despair.
“Their calling is now and it must be heard loud and clearly, so that there is no mistake as to their destiny within this world. Mankind needs new leaders, who have not political axes to grind, but have love in their hearts to truly make a difference. They already know they are most wanted and needed.
“Their roles are significant in the scheme of things, where world leaders will have to sit up and take notice. Logical advice and guidance, not before witnessed or heard before, will be the starting points. It is from here that they must start their reversal of Man’s stagnant mind.
“All can be achieved in the light of ‘God’s’ guiding hand, where politics are not needed but where common sense is greatly required. A breakthrough will occur in Mankind’s thinking and where they are able to see the path ahead. This pathway is filled with positive and righteous action and living. There are no punishments as Man has experienced so far.
“It is about taking the right guidance, where all can appreciate and see the positive results at first hand. Nobody believes anymore in a Higher Intelligence ruling and guiding with love, where mistakes are made, there are always chances to turn matters around, which truly benefit all who witness them.
“This is not a five minute wonder, but a new way of living and functioning. All can gain by its delivery and where hardship is no more. Spiritual Laws, that have been in operation since before this planet had been created, are what will be delivered.
“All of nature is programmed by Spiritual Laws and so it can replenish itself without hardship or interference, where the natural order of things is in place and respected by all. Balance and abundance is delivered and new life is born out of hardship.
“Love is the central theme by which we all must live and prosper. Neighbour must help neighbour and mutual respect must be given to all, no matter what colour, creed or religion one is.
“All are welcomed in this world and all must recognise we are one species and one heart if we are to thrive. To go against the Spiritual Law is to destroy the very essence of Man itself.
“This is clearly already happening in various parts of the world. It is high time that Man started to remove the ego and the greed. He must start to deliver a new way of thinking, which is for Mankind’s benefit and not for Mankind’s detriment.
“That day has duly come and it is now for the elite and the wise to show themselves. For them to step up to the plate and to deliver to Mankind what is necessary for its survival and not for its destruction. Repair on a massive scale is needed and it is up to the few, who have been chosen, to demonstrate their calling. They can deliver salvation to this world!”
22nd December 2013 (jandmayers and ladylydialondon twitter)

“Hate is a chronic disease and we need to heal ourselves of it and work towards a world in which we eradicate poverty and suffering.”

Unconditional Love

“The time has come for so many people who are in despair, to feel the full power of ‘The Almighty’. Unexpected events, where people who are in a hopeless situation, will see the light of ‘The Almighty’ shine down on them. Their bonds and shackles will be released for all time.
“Where there has been a hopeless situation, where no mercy was found, there will come a breaking of those bonds & a release from all hardship. The atmosphere of love will be seen by all and, even those among us who do not usually give, will for the first time give generously.
“Mankind has finally woken up to the many possibilities that are now there before him. With the Higher Intelligence in full action, so many advantages to the homeless and the poor are now being administered.
“A special lifeline is in place and Mankind will be able to visibly benefit from the Higher Instruction. Mankind will begin to make a difference, where before there was none.
“Families, who are overburdened with life in general, will see an easing back of this burden. It is as if there was a miracle lifeline, which was not there before. All comes in at the right time and the Hand of God is seen by all who care to see and voice its existence.
“Much happiness & celebrations will be felt around the world & even in war-torn countries that special lifeline will be able to get through. The reawakening of Man’s conscience is valued by the Higher Intelligence, who matches it will unconditional love.
“A change in the mind-set, which will see many people recover from extraordinary levels of hardship. The sick will see miraculous recoveries of which the medical profession will have no answers. A new lease of life, where before there was none, is now there.
“People around the world will involve themselves in actions not thought possible before. A new impetus to give and to forgive will be recognised. Love, which is always given, will start to melt the many whose internal hardships are not always seen or felt.
“The reckless mind, that has suffered, will start to feel a strange kind of peace develop and from that new ideas for change will occur. Hatred, which is constant around the world, will find a level that can be dealt with.
“The pain and suffering to the individual will be less and more manageable making life for those around that person feel relieved. Peace is a strange existence when it has not been felt by many perhaps their entire life.
“For them to understand the difference, its impact must be substantial and for all time. This breakthrough is at last happening and for peace to enter in, then love must already be there to accommodate this revelation.
“Mankind must now find this level of security and to bring in a change of mind-set. He must recognise a Higher Intelligence working on his behalf and is never questioning, but always constant in its giving and protection. This situation will be believed, because it is tangible and recognised by all.”

NEWSLETTER NUMBER FIFTY-SEVEN

“We All Need a Little Something”

At this time of the year we are all thinking of giving presents and spreading goodwill to our families. Now is a time for giving to those who do not have families and who have precious little, if at all, to celebrate in their lives.

A card, a little gift, can be so welcoming and it is the thought that they are remembered by others, no matter how small that thought or gift is.

Nobody ever knows when they may hit misfortune in their lives, but be sure it will happen at some point.  It is so that one can experience the hopelessness of being in that position.

When it happens to you, you will then remember the kindness received from a stranger or a person outside of your family, who was there for you.

Their love and support, either emotionally, financially or practically, will be forever entrenched in your mind.  It becomes for many a life-changing experience and for those individuals who were saved, it was because somebody actually cared.

Many people, who are not blessed with family and who find themselves all alone, know what loneliness and depravation is like at this time of the year.  They will know it at other times of the year as well, but at the Christmas season it can be particularly hard and suffering appears more acute then at any other time of the year.

To be remembered is to know that people care and wish for that individual’s wellbeing.  As has been said, there will come a time in everybody’s life when this suffering will hit them.  By having compassion and understanding for others, then the light of love is shared and smiles are returned to lonely distraught hearts.

Always the gifts of compassion and thoughts are returned to those individuals, so when it is their time to go through their own suffering, they too will not be forgotten.  They will also receive and a smile will come to their face that somebody also loves them.

When will we ever learn?

"We all know the causes, we all know the solutions, we all know the consequences.  All that is left is the political courage of the most powerful nations to take the action that is necessary to stop climate change."

Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi
Prime Minister of Samoa addressing the Commonwealth 2013

When you borrow you put yourself in another’s power

“China is flexing its muscles as the US military begins to get jittery. China has put out a newly declared air defence identification zone. Japan and the US are strongly opposed to the air zone declared by China. They have accused China of unilaterally attempting to alter the status quo and escalate tension, which is precisely what China wants.

“It wants to see how far it can stretch its might against another superpower, which is waning at this time. This new China air zone overlaps with Japan’s air zone and covers disputed islands that are controlled by Japan. This dispute will not be handled easily and only adds to the many factions of unrest within that area.

“For a diplomatic solution to be achieved there will need to be additional threats by the US on China for it to back down -             at this time China sees itself as being in the driving seat, as it controls a lot of America’s finances. It knows that America’s economy is not stable enough, leaving it vulnerable to other issues.

“America will need to think twice if it wishes to go down that road of conflict. This is the short sightedness by George W. Bush over the Iraqi war, which has put America in hock to China over trillions of dollars. This situation will escalate and it will give the US and Japan a very uncomfortable feeling. Every action must give a reaction, it is only a matter of time and this is one of them!”

Do we not have a conscience?

“The World Trade Organisation (WTO) head has warned that global trade deal talks face collapse. WTO members have failed to agree on a text to present to trade ministers next month to reach a deal. This trade deal could add £617bn to the world economy.

“There are now new rules in place to streamline customers’ procedures and speed up global trade. Other key areas of discussion are agriculture & the sustainability of food security programmes, such as the one run by India at this time. The head of WTO says we cannot fail to arrive at an agreement. To do so would mean we fail the business community and the most vulnerable, the poor.

“To quote Pope Francis, “I beg the Lord to grant us more politicians, who are genuinely disturbed by the state of society, the people and the lives of the poor.”

“There needs to be a major shift in society’s thinking. We are all in this together and we all collectively have a responsibility to help one another. If we fail as intelligent human beings, then our species will suffer untold consequences.

“We are already paying a high price for continued unrest around the world. We constantly make bad decisions without thinking of the consequences of our actions. The Vietnam War, the Nuclear bomb on Hiroshima, the Iraqi War and so on.

“What legacy have our misdeeds done to this world? These people are still suffering the consequences and with no satisfactory solution in sight. Do we not have a conscience? We purport to be civilised human beings. Animals have a greater capacity for decency then we do. We really must stop thinking with the little mind, but with the global mind to address longstanding issues & help our fellow man to survive.”

Do we care about our children?

“The Office for the Children’s Commissioner for England has filed an official report. It shows sexual violence is being carried out by children against children, some as young as 11 years old. Council chiefs have said work by agencies on child protection needs to improve.

“The report is the result of a two year inquiry by the Children’s Commissioner into child exploitation and gangs, where rape is prevalent. There have been sheer levels of sadism uncovered by the inquiry, where gang rape is normal. Until society starts to take personal responsibility for their children, this situation will continue to grow worse.

“The media with their exploitation of women as sex objects allows young youths to think this is permissible. Advertising in magazines and on the television again pressurise young girls to grow up faster than their youth allows. Television soap programmes shown before the 9pm watershed again shows violence and offensive behaviour.

“They are being shown as acceptable, as being the norm in today’s society. No longer is there any decency about. The media is not showing polite and courteous behaviour and teaching our young people how to behave in a proper manner. We, as a society, have run amok.

“It is no longer expected that ladies should behave like ladies and that young men should behave as young gentleman with respect for all. We have gone full circle in the other way. The young people of today have no longer any concept of what it is like to be polite and to have manners. It hardly exists in today’s modern society and so we have become backward in our thinking and in our manners.

“Our children only have us as adults to thank for their demise. It is our society that now must reap the consequences of our own irresponsible behaviour. We no longer think it matters whether a man gives up his seat for a lady. We, as a society, have lost our moral compass and that is why we are in this mess.

“School girls are allowed to attend school wearing makeup. Young girls feel they can wear anything and show anything, leaving nothing to the male imagination. Pop stars feel it is acceptable to gyrate their bodies in suggestive ways, so that they can sell their music. All this has an enormous impact on the youth of today with no censorship – everything goes and everything is allowed.

“We must now reap the seeds of child sexual violence. We must live with the consequences that our vulnerable children will suffer a lifetime’s trauma. Well done society, you have done a great job!

“When will society learn that decency is honourable and sacred? The young are precious and that exploitation on our youth is what we are now reaping.”

‘Strange Fruit’

“First recorded in 1939, the protest song ‘Strange Fruit’ came to symbolise the brutality and racism of the practice of lynching in America’s South. Now more than 70 years later, such is the song’s enduring power that rapper Kanye West sampled the track on his latest album Yeezus.

“The words of this song describe the combination of grief, shock and fear. You have sorrow for those who died. Simeon Wright recalls the August night, 58 years ago when his young cousin Emmett Till aged 14 years old was dragged out of bed. He was taken at gun point by two white men.

“Emmett’s body was found in the Tallahatchie River. He has been beaten, tortured and shot before his body was dumped in the river. His crime was he whistled at a white woman in the local store. His cheeky gesture cost him his life.

“The case became famous in America and helped usher in the civil rights movement. Lynch mobs at that time tried and executed 5,000 black men, women and children. The two white men were acquitted of Emmett’s murder.

“Lynching was considered a sport in some ways and postcards were taken of crowds picnicking under the hanging bodies. Abel Meeropol, who saw one of the postcards in the 1930’s was prompted to write the song, later made famous by Billie Holiday.

STRANGE FRUIT’ LYRICS

Southern trees bear a strange fruit,

Blood on the leaves and blood at the root,”

“Black bodies swinging in the southern breeze,

Strange fruit hanging from the poplar trees.

Pastoral scene of the gallant south,”

“The bulging eyes and the twisted mouth,

Scent of magnolias, sweet and fresh,

Then the sudden smell of burning flesh.”

“Here is fruit for the crows to pluck,

For the rain to gather, for the wind to suck,”

“For the sun to rot, for the trees to drop,

Here is a strange and bitter crop.”

“A lady quilt maker called April Shipp from Detroit spent four years working on a large quilt called ‘Strange Fruit’. It bears the names of over 5,000 lynched men, women and children. Each name was lovingly sewn in gold thread on black fabric. April has even included two nooses.

“She calls it her 5,000 souls and she cries when she touches it and works on it – “If no one remembers their names, I remember them,” she says.

“‘Strange Fruit’ remains a potent reminder of America’s not so distant past. They still have a long way to go to accept integration in their so called land of equal opportunity and rights for all!”

The political will was still not there

“The Iranian situation is a delicate and bold affair. It will take many more months of stiff negotiation to make the contract viable for all concerned. It will be able to revolutionise how we think and act in the Middle East. Many policies will need to be enacted out to give security for all the people to be satisfied.

“The mounting resentment from Israel, whose own diplomatic situation is a mess and is hypocrisy to what the world wishes. They no longer will be heard. Israel will now understand what it is like to be out in the cold and freeze. Their attitude has caused so much conflict. It is now up to the people to decide, not the politicians, whose strong arm can no longer hold up public opinion.

“Iran will be able to curb its nuclear programme, bringing in more discussions at a later date. The UN climate talks in Poland have ended with delegates reaching a compromise on how best to fight global warming. After 30 hours of deadlock, they approved a pathway to a new global climate treaty in Paris in 2015. As always there was last minute compromise and further delays.

“Action on climate change needed to have been addressed already with full commitment last year, but the political will was still not there, so more tragedies, with more lost lives, will need to occur before politicians get their heads around it.

“As with all climate talks, it is already agreed in principle with no firm agenda for change taking place, again it will be the views of the universal people, who will determine the action and then force change on their own politicians.”

President Kennedy was a man of great conviction

“On 22nd November 1963 President John Kennedy and his wife travelled to Dallas for an early campaign ahead of the coming year’s election. He was already warned of an assignation attempt on his life. Yet the young President did not heed the warning, travelling instead in an open topped car.

“President Kennedy was a man of great conviction – a spark in the American dream. He was an inspiration to so many, both in America and abroad. His charismatic ways made one believe that justice to the world in the light of the cold war could be achieved.

“He was determined to bring peace against the Soviet communist invasion coming in from Cuba. Kennedy’s popularity still endures the people to him, who have been disappointed with his successors and who could blame them.

“Historians have said “the people want a better life in their country. They want to think their children are going to do better.”  Kennedy’s inspiration to so many people is still admired today. Not many American presidents can claim that. In his short time in office, he is still remembered favourably around the world as a great man and leader against sometimes incredible odds.”

Mankind will have to suffer the consequences of their actions before order can be returned

“The tragedy for Mankind is that they can never see the whole picture. They are all too involved in their little lives, which consume their ever-thinking ways that nothing ever changes. Mankind needs to start looking at ways of helping each other to survive. They must give a helping hand to those in need or there will always be unrest in this world.

“We are not only made up of the immediate family. The entire world is our family and it is our mission to help all those whose lives are affected by trouble and strife. The animal species look after their own and will look after orphan animals of their own species. As a whole if the species are strong and united, then their survival rate is increased.

“It is the collective whole which makes things happen and survival possible. We, as humans, only think with the one mind. “As long as I’m alright, what does it matter about anybody else?” tends to be our mentality. This is why, as a human species, the world is so divided.

“Religion is the bane and curse of Mankind. All the religions of the world are of the opinion that by joining that particular club they will be saved and be able to sit on the right side of God when they die. What is so tragic in this thinking is that there is no religion in the next world after we die.

“This has already been scientifically proven; the research is there for all to see. There is only love and positive thinking and all people from all races and creeds are together entirely mixed. So the notion that it is only your special brand of religion, which will guarantee entry into the Afterlife, becomes a shock for so many who discover the truth only when they die.

“The different planes of existence, of which man arrives at after death, are determined by the good deeds and acts done while on this earth. Good people, who have helped one another on this earth, will go to a dimension of love and giving. Those that have murdered and cheated their fellow man will go to the appropriate place, where murderers and cheats go to.

“It has nothing to do with religion whatsoever. The sadness for our fellow man is that they are not taught this by any of the religions. It is their clubs that the clerics want to promote, making their position ever more powerful and determined to keep their sects going. It is only when one dies that the full truth is revealed.

“For many it is a shock, as they have been devoted to doing all manner of things, even killing in the name of their God! God is impartial, an Intelligence that holds balance in this world in all things created by that Intelligence. God never said that individuals must kill in its name.

“The Intelligence is always love and always balanced and therefore to be destructive goes against the principles of that Intelligence. Therefore by the Laws of that Intelligence, the wrongs must be put right so that balance can be restored again. In other words Mankind will have to suffer the consequences of their actions before order can be returned.

“The Laws of Cause and Effect are ever present in this world and that is what the Intelligence is all about. Justice out of injustice is the Law by which we all must live in order to survive.”

“Be at Peace and Be Happy”

Everybody should be happy, yet we give ourselves so much grief when it is absolutely not necessary to do so.  We overstretch ourselves mentally and physically, which in turn affects our home life as well as our working life.  We become grumpy and stressed out.

Our families then suffer with our irritability and we are constantly putting out negative energy, which is not only harmful to ourselves but is to others around us.

When we see ourselves approaching this angst, then we should remove ourselves to a quiet place and either sleep it off or, when we are able to, listen to soft soothing music.

Classical music of the soothing type is highly recommended and one will find it relaxes even the most tensed among us.  Pop music with its base beat stimulates the mind or reactivates it – rarely will it relax us, as it is not designed to do so.

Meditation is another way of relaxing and it often guides us into doing other things of a creative nature, whereby one can lose oneself completely and the mind is then altered into a better place and situations no longer become tense and unsatisfactory.

Creativity in the way of painting or making something with our hands is good.  Gardening is especially therapeutic, as you can always get satisfaction even from the smallest of garden beds or even with indoor plants.

They will respond to our love and give us satisfaction.  What they give us always brings a smile to our faces.  They are things of beauty and will last for weeks.  Orchids are especially beautiful for very little cost.  They can give months of pleasure and all will come to love them.

The office for many I appreciate is a hostile place with many colleagues already in an anxious state before they even arrive, which only continues to build up throughout the course of the day.  This is where the difficulty can arise for many, who find themselves trapped in this situation without any let up.

Indoor plants or palms are especially good in offices to help dilute these hostile vibrations.  The green colour is pleasing and restful on the eyes and soothes the restless mind.  This has been scientifically proven to help ease tension.

A protective bubble of light is necessary to protect us daily from the onslaught of negative people, who have no idea that their vibrational energies are being inflicted on the souls of so many.

They actually grate on us and we feel the pain constantly.  We should put them in a mental bubble of light energy, which will help to diminish their hostile anxious ways.  It begins to dilute the effect they have on so many others, who have to work side by side with them.

The escape has to be the lunchtime break, where a short walk is always beneficial, even if it is raining as the rain brings in a cleansing of negative vibrations and is a softening of all harsh vibrations.

We can return back to the office having had that all important respite and where our own energies are replenished and so we are able to start again.  The afternoon session is never as harsh as the morning one and the day seems to go much faster.

We should all try to lighten up.  I appreciate it is often difficult, but we do owe it to ourselves as much as we do to others.

If we need to relax from stress, then other ways like running or even a deep massage or relaxation hypnosis works wonders to de-stress us, so that we are energised and able to carry on.

Healing also relaxes us and empowers us in so many ways, making us more resilient to hostile situations.

Our lifestyle makes it often difficult, because of the fast pace of life and, if we live in a metropolis, then the negative vibrational energies tend to build up to such a pitch one is almost at screaming point.

When we are young, we tend to be more resilient and therefore we are not aware of the distress to our minds and bodies.  As we become older we feel it more and also, as we become more sensitive through spiritual progression, again we would feel it far more than those who have not aspired to that evolvement.

Going back to nature whenever it is possible or to have a glasshouse of plants where again one can escape and contemplate where peace is maintained and we will all find happiness in one way or another.

Sitting in our favourite chair and listening to pleasant music is absolute bliss.  We all deserve it and it is for us to try and find ways to cultivate peace, because with peace we are always happy.

Quo Vadis?

“As the world starts to look in on itself, there are many things now open for discussion. It is necessary to see where we are all coming from and do we actually know where we are going? So many of us are trapped in a constant cycle of working and resting and working and resting. Never do we actually think, “Where do we actually want to go?” and “Are we in fact ready for our next journey?”
“What is for sure is that the world never stops revolving, yet most of us are or appear stuck in our lives. It seems to be too frightening to move on or to try something new. We continue almost at yawning pace to be utterly boring and like sheep tend to follow those around them in circles of nothingness.
“It is so sad to see the human race in this way, yet that is how it is from day to day and week to week. How many of us actually stop and think, “Where am I meant to be?” and “Can I actually achieve anything different to what I am still doing?” STUCK IN A RUT may be a cliché, but is it true?  Most of us are in this way of living and thinking.
“We are so frightened to step outside the box to see if a life different to what we are currently doing could actually be more right for us. It is high time we all took a good look at ourselves and started to think about doing something new. Now is the right time, as there are Universal and planetary energies which beckon us or even pull us on to try something new.
“Guess what? We might find we actually enjoy it! It is this adventure which will be the makings of us and to finally get us out of our own personal familiar rut. We won’t be disappointed. Are you ready to take the next move or are you the same as everybody else, simply one of the many sheep?”

“Just around the corner is something that we cannot see, so we should live in hope that it will be good for us and not dread that it will be our undoing.  The more positive we are, the more we can cope with whatever is there for us.”

Miracles Are Happening Every Day All Over the World
“Despite falling congregations in organised religion, most people in the UK still believe in the power of spiritual forces. The research by a study for the Christian think tank Theos recorded that 77% believe in things not being explained by science or other means. 8% said that someone they knew experienced a miracle and one in four expressed a belief in angels.
“Although there is a steady decline in congregations and a formal belief, a sense of the spiritual remains strong in Britain. Past scientific research has shown that one in every two people the world over have experienced a spiritual happening. This remains with them throughout their lives; such was the impact to them at the time.
“Miracles are happening every day all over the world and if Theos had done further research on a global basis this would have shown up. The Spiritual phenomenon is all around us all the time and again the scientific evidence is there to prove it
“What is so unfortunate is that so many in this world are oblivious to these facts. Their lives are so busy it is the last thing on their minds to discover. It is only when a close relative dies that the individual starts looking for answers. Then the spiritual path is opened up and a new way of living becomes possible.
“There is an appreciation of life, which was before taken for granted and now opens up to them in different ways. Their lives become richer than at any other time before. To understand a Higher Intelligence is to understand all of creation.
“Then a soul can begin to seek out the truth and understand how matters evolved for our own stability and peace of mind. We are all looked after no matter what and inspite of so many terrible things that occur. We are in the bosom of a Higher Intelligence, who cares and where love is always at the heart of everything that we do.”
18th October 2013 (jandmayers twitter and ladylydialondon twitter)

“Just before we decide on what we should do, have we all the facts that we need at our disposal.  It is better to ask for guidance from the Higher Intelligence and know what we should do rather than wish we had when we went the wrong way and can therefore only blame ourselves.”

Do you realise the sanctity of an earthly life?
“To believe in an afterlife is not always possible by today’s thinking, especially where the West is concerned. Too many people are only interested in their daily lives to ever consider thinking of another life after this one. It is only when Man becomes older and mortality starts to stare him in the face that the thoughts of passing are actually considered.
“Many dismiss it as not being true and that when you are dead, you are dead and that is it. For they fail to see the beauty that is all around them, as they tend to charge through life without even a care. This world is a beautiful planet chosen by a Higher Intelligence for us to live and to work for one another. The need to serve is paramount to our learning and our survival, not only in this world but in the next as well.
“This seems to be generally lacking in today’s society, where the main reason is for getting on and doing what is best for themselves only. Not many will actually stop and think, “What can I do today to bring another happiness, whose lives are often mundane and directionless?”
“Those incidents are often rare, yet they still exist and it is to these abiding souls that we must give thanks. It is they alone that can restore souls to a higher plane of understanding, where before there was none. We all must make some effort for what we give out, so we will receive when it is our turn and the need is there for our own survival.
“To believe in an afterlife, one must first realise the sanctity of an earthly life. For it is in seeing the beauty here on earth that will reflect one’s gaze to another dimension, which is essentially more beautiful. In really appreciating and fulfilling life here, one will automatically appreciate another life when it is finally given to us.”
15th October 2013 (jandmayers twitter and ladylydialondon twitter)

“Life is all about being prepared and trusting.  We must always do our homework and always know that if we are true then goodness will come out in our favour, when that time is right.”

We can’t Blindly Ignore Universal Laws
“As we continue to flaunt Universal Laws, we will experience an upward motion of discontent. Our hearts and minds must learn to adjust to what is right and what is wrong. We must learn to suffer the consequences of our actions when situations do not go right for us. Many are of the impression that it is always somebody else’s fault and that their actions have done nothing to bring about their own demise. All must now look closely within themselves and to begin to see clearly where their own mistakes have made others suffer.
“It is naïve to think that these souls can overcome their problems themselves. Many do not realise the intrinsic ways that Universal Laws operate or are governed. We must allow them some leniency up to a point. When good advice is given and then not taken up, a period of thinking time occurs before Universal Laws come into effect. When that happens, the situations which are troubling them are taken out of their hands.
“A bombshell of significant proportions is administered. This hits them hard, forcing them to take action, where before they would not have done. Then the full realisation of what they have done becomes clear to them. Justice is given to all those who have already suffered at their hand. It is a hard and penetrating lesson and one which will be forever stained on their mind.
“Everybody must learn to realise that they cannot afford to continue going through life blindly. Where they give out destruction to those around them and feel that it never has any impact on others. It is not that life is hard. It is just that most go through life blindly, not realising the consequences of their actions, because they simply do not wish to see.
“Universal Laws state that a balance of all things must exist to bring about both harmony and wellbeing to all. When that is disrupted through nativity or blind ignorance, then the awakening for them is far harder. We all have an inner gut feeling of what is right & what is wrong, as we are all connected to the Universal System of right thinking & doing.
“So it is the individual’s chosen mind-set, which goes against these Laws that brings about disharmony. It is this that has to be addressed to restore balance again. No one has a choice in this matter, as the Universal Laws are always there for our own safekeeping. It is fundamental to life itself and where it is needed for all to exist.”

THE BIKE RIDE

At first I saw God as my observer, my judge, keeping track of the things I did wrong, so as to know whether I merited heaven or hell when I die; He was out there sort of like a president. I recognized His picture but I didn't really know Him.
But later on when I recognised my Higher Intelligence, it seemed as though life were rather like a bike ride, but it was a tandem bike, and I noticed that God was in the back helping me pedal.
I don't know just when it was that He suggested we change places, but life has not been the same since…life with my Higher power, that is, God makes life exciting.
When I had control, I knew the way. It was rather boring and predictable...It was the shortest distance between two points.
But when He took the lead, He knew delightful long cuts up mountains and through rocky places at break-neck speeds; it was all I could do to hang on! Even though it looked like madness, He said, "Pedal!"
I worried and was anxious and asked, "Where are you taking me?" He laughed and didn't answer, and I started to learn to trust.
I forgot my boring life and entered into the adventure, and when I'd say, "I'm scared!" He'd lean back and touch my hand.
He took me to people with gifts that I needed; gifts of healing, acceptance and joy. They gave me gifts to take on my journey God's and mine.
And we were off again. He said, "Give the gifts away; they're extra baggage, too much weight." So I did, to the people we met, and I found that in giving, I received, and still our burden was light.
I did not trust Him at first, to be in control of my life, I thought He'd wreck it; but Jesus knows bike secrets, knows how to make it bend to make sharp corners, knows how to jump to clear high rocks, knows how to fly to shorten scary passages.
And I am learning to shut up and pedal in the strangest places, and beginning to enjoy the view, and the cool breeze on my face, with my delightful constant companion, my Higher Power.
And when I'm sure I just can't do anymore, He just smiles and says..."PEDAL".

Religions Need to Update Themselves or Let God’s People Go!
“As the churches grapple with ever decreasing congregations, it is important to understand that life has moved on. It is necessary for the faiths to update themselves in today’s society and lifestyles. What was written in the Bible all those years ago and in the Quran and the Torah, although pertinent for some, is not for others.
“A different ideology of modern day practice is now both required and becoming relevant. We live in a changing society, where values and ideas are constantly shifting and what was relevant 40-50 years ago is no longer valid. The Higher Spiritual Forces in the so called Heavens or Spirit World are mindful of these on-going changes and are always ahead of the game.
“It is they who evolved first and bring about changes that reflect today’s society and mixed cultures. They do not have the hang-ups that old fashion religions have, where they are steeped in dogma, which is no longer applicable.
“It entrenches the people in ways that are not only outmoded, but out of touch with present day thinking. It is time for all the faiths, if they are to move on, to look closely at today’s changing society. They must start to reflect the values and ideologies of modern man. Otherwise they will continue to be out of touch where people are becoming more independent.
“The people now realise that they no longer need the constraints of a religion. They are able to actually think for themselves and bring about their own salvation through right thinking and right action. Together with learning, to live in a state of love is all one actually needs to be at one with God! Religion simply becomes irrelevant!”

Greetings Michael from Zimbabwe! It is spring in Zimbabwe, and Mpata is a riot of glorious colour! The Msasa trees have burst into life, and the valley is literally glowing with the colour of their delicate new leaves – red, orange, yellow, and even some deep purple, which will gradually mature into a vibrant green over the next two weeks.

The birds seem to be “full of the joys of spring” with the Weavers busy building their elaborate nests, and the Purple Crested Louries hopping with sudden bursts of their bright red wings between the branches of the guava tree behind the Studio.

Boxer the Zebra has re-joined his herd in the game park, and even the Pookies seem to have shrugged off their sleepy winter blues and are leaping around with great excitement. It’s a time of new beginnings and great energy in Africa, and we are so excited to be part of Nature’s spectacular display!

Are God and the Afterlife Relevant in Today’s World?
“To be humble in the eyes of God is a rarity these days. It appears that most people do not approve or even believe in a higher deity over themselves. Their living on this earth and getting the most out of it for doing relatively nothing, is almost par for the course.
“It is only when one is approaching death or has a loved one who dies that the search for afterlife information becomes critical to their survival. Wanting to know what has happened to their loved ones, becomes all important to them. but until that day arises it is not important or even relevant in their lives.
“This lack of understanding of an afterlife tends to be peculiar to the western culture. In the Far East it is prevalent and used daily in society. People in other parts of the world speak openly to their deceased relatives. They are happy in the knowledge that they are overseen and being looked after.
“For them it is utterly natural and, as a result, they do not fear dying or death, but a renewal of love with their long gone loved ones. These souls have more meaning, a purpose to their lives; they feel the spiritual energies and know they are accountable for all that they do.
“Being reverent and respectful of not only the dead, but to the Higher Forces that look after them, is not only important, but vital to how they behave. They are humble, because they recognise they are in the presence of an overseeing Spiritual Force that is greater than they could ever be. For those souls, their lives are more meaningful and life is never taken for granted again.”

“If we stand back as a nation and allow the dictators of this world to walk all over humanity for their own gains, then we deserve our fate unconditionally.”

Without Discipline and Right Thinking You will Sink into Self-made Chaos
“To see good in a person is to recognise right thinking and right actions. Respect for one another is considered and is always adhered to. This policy then allows for all people to come together and to live in harmony with only one desire, to please one another.
“Many have not been brought up with this kind of education and therefore they have been allowed to get out of hand and out of control. Discipline and right thinking have never been a part of their education, therefore chaos ensues and bedlam occurs. It leaves all who are involved feeling exasperated, frustrated and let down. Their worlds turned upside down. For those who do respect and think rightly, they will leave and move on to those who can respect and be good.
“Leaving the others to sink further into their own self-made chaos, only so much help can be given. It has to come from education and example together with personal responsibility. Then a healthy balance can be restored.”
