We Owe It Ourselves to Start Today

There needs to be more integration in our society.  Long have local councils banded together, so that we get communities of one culture all together.

          For a nation to be more in sympathy and understanding of each other, we must integrate far more.  Fear comes in when we don’t understand each other and the various cultures that we have all over the country.

          English, the language of this country, must be spoken by everybody.  Foreign people take refuge in the United Kingdom, should all go for English lessons and this should be mandatory.

          In this country in the 21^st Century, there are still many citizens who do not speak the language of English, yet have lived here for decades.  This stalemate situation needs to be changed in order for greater communications to evolve.

          Fear and anger are brought about because integration does not exist in many parts of the United Kingdom.  In many parts of the UK, integration of the cultures has taken place and this has shown to be successful.

          In other areas this has not happened and it has fostered a bad anger, fear and violence.  It is the responsibility of Government and local councils to bring about this transition.  This way fear and anger can be removed.

          It takes the responsibility of all UK citizens to band together and to assist in this matter.  It is no longer a question of them and us.

          We are all citizens of this once great nation and we need to come together in love and understanding and to embrace each other.

          Communication and understanding is at the very heart of getting to know one another and where we can all live in safety together.  We owe it ourselves to start today.

Our Citizens Are Worth It

            “It is time that the United Kingdom put its citizens first. Too much money has gone out of this country to pay and hold up other countries, whose wealth has been squandered by their leaders.

            “Now is the time to reflect and put a greater emphasis into looking after our own. Protection and safekeeping of our poorer citizens has lagged behind considerably.

“It is now time to put in the necessary adjustments and to start putting our citizens first. The Grenfell Tower Block will serve as a constant reminder to the rest of this nation that safety was compromised.

            “It is of course far more expensive to put in decent fire proof equipment and sprinklers in every room. Our citizens are worth it. It is irrelevant that they might be poor or not as equipped to give to society as the rest of us do.

            “They are still a part of our society and as a result qualify for our protection and peace of mind. All local authorities and Government now need to prioritise their facilities to safeguard the citizens under their care.

            “We all have a duty of care to each other. Justice now needs to be seen to be done. It will be a disgrace to the public to have these Enquiries long and drawn out before justice is achieved.

            “We have a duty to our citizens to get to the very bottom of this situation as quickly as possible. There should be no cover up, no withholding of evidence and where no stone is left unturned.

            “We cannot bring people back, but we can ensure that with the proper facilities this disaster never happens again. Our firefighters should have an increase in salary, as it is they who put their lives at risk every time.

            “Our police and our nurses, who serve the public in their professional capacity, should be better paid and served by our Government.

            “Those who work in the City of London in the money markets and are paid £150,000 or more do not save lives. They just buy and sell money.

“Those people who serve our community, like the nurses, firefighters and police, get a fraction of a wage. It is high time we value our service personnel and give them the wages that they truly deserve.

“The shortage of nurses and the poor pay they receive has remained the same for the past fifty years and nothing has changed! They, as a valuable branch of society, have consistently been left behind on the wages scale.

“It is said they do not contribute to society; they don’t make money, so they are regarded as second rate citizens. It is only when we are sick and in need that we are reminded of the valuable work that they do and offer.

“When will Governments wake up and pay these amazing women and men the wages that their roles deserve? Until we start valuing our citizens from all walks of life we can never aspire to be a great nation again!”

We Are All Coming Into Our Own Finally

“As the Brexit talks get underway, there is so much fear and anger amongst politicians in the United Kingdom. All now is turning and a better strategy of working and living will prevail.

            “The European Union cannot dictate, as they feel they must, to keep their status quo and agenda. The EU know they already have many discrepancies in their system, which makes for breaking points on so many levels.

            “They know reform on so many subject matters is now necessary. They chose not to deal with them, hoping it will all get swallowed up in the mayhem of bureaucracy.

            “With the UK’s exit, it will force the EU themselves to look and question their own stagnating regime. This enforcement lends them the way to alter their own structures and to bring about a forced reform.

            “Something they have been reluctant to tackle for some time. The UK negotiations will go better than planned. The UK will have to let some concessions go, but not everything.

            “All in all there will be tight negotiations, but with an outcome that will be of lasting benefit to the UK. The UK’s negotiations will then reach the mind-sets of other European countries, which equally wanted to leave, but were forced to stay.

            “They too will put in their agendas and you will see them supporting the UK argument on several levels. These entire negotiations put so many things on the table and where reform on so many levels can now take place.

            “Britain will remain a staunch ally of Europe. It won’t break those bonds. It will however lead to a greater flexibility of structure, which was nor there before.

            “See Great Britain move the agenda on and where their sacrifice will be for the better of the greater good. As a result, the UK’s involvement will strengthen their hand and not weaken it.

            “The EU members will have to concede on a number of issues, purely because they know it is right to do so. A new trade deal will be in operation and where all will be completely satisfied.

            “See more trade come in from other parts of the world while these Brexit talks are in progress No one can stop other countries trading with the UK if they so choose and they do!

            “Now is the time for Great Britain to re-establish itself on the world stage. We are not second rate citizens nor a second rate country. We are all coming into our own finally!”

All of Us Will See Each Other Again

“To bring back memories of loved ones recently passed is a divine act of love. For in love only are we remembered and united for all time.

            “It is through fond memories that we seek condolence and where over time we are able to heal. This is not a time for anger or retribution, but to be united in solemn prayer and understanding that all our loved ones live on in us.

            “When we are reunited in another dimension, all pain and suffering are no more for in the dwelling of divine love, that is all there is and where peace and happiness are restored.

            “Look not for the reasons why you were not taken, while others were.  Your journey in this life is not over, theirs were.  We are all born on this earth to fulfil our destiny, whatever that is.

            “When that is achieved, we make our passage and our new journey in another dimension. There, bathed in love, we understand that all our lives were not in vain.

            “We all served a purpose to a point and then we are asked to return to the Source. There our journey begins again and another destiny, a rebirth, is born.

            “We thank God for our lives on this earth and also thank Him for our next one. All of us will see each other again and where those memories of love will be remembered.”

Situations Are Not Lost, Only Altered and a Better Way Will Be Found

“As the world comes to terms with the United Kingdom election, some might say it was a shambles, others might say this was the right result. Whatever your point of view, the result was correct in order for politicians young and old to realise no one will fool the electorate.

            “The people of the UK are able to stand up for what they believe in and what feels right for them. Politicians must realise that personal and party wants and desires are not what this election was all about.

            “The people have needs, but they are also able to compromise provided the strategy is for the Greater Good. Too many of the electorate have been side-lined for too many years, almost forgotten in fact, as if their voices had no consequences to be ever given the curtesy of time to be heard.

“This has caused a major backfire and has left this Government weaker as a result of it. New and important policies will need to be implemented, where the Conservatives will be able to gain face again. It won’t happen overnight, but overall a better strategy will be adopted, allowing those in most need to be cared for.

            “Theresa May is a spent force.  She underestimated the collective power of the people. Now she will need to lick her wounds and get on with the job of governing.

            “The time will be spent well in organising a format to relieve the long-term suffering of the British people. Europe will welcome Great Britain, not with a hard stick to further scold them, but with a hand that can be managed.

            “Both sides want to have clear and concise words and strategies – no one wants a long and protracted negotiation. The City of Westminster will come to the rescue as the guiding light to return sanity to a hurt establishment.

            “Start to see positive moves coming out of the affray, where politicians can begin to hold their heads up high again. Situations are not lost, only altered and a better way will be found!”

The United Kingdom Will Take the Lead Under its New Leader!

            “As people begin to vote in the United Kingdom Election on Thursday, many disgruntled voters will see their voices heard at last. The Election will be a close fought thing with many people unhappy with the result.

            “The future before you needs at times long-term planning and a strategic plan of action. The Conservative team have that already in place; the Labour team have not even started.

            “They, under Jeremy Corbyn, are still floundering in the dark. For an opposition to be truly effective they must have more than a plan of action, they need to have a well-oiled machine in production.

            “With the left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing, it shows how unorganised Labour really are. Mrs May will lead the party to victory, even though her advantage won’t be as large as it once was.

            “She will have the necessary mandate to make a first class leader and where her voice will be heard in the halls of the European Parliament. “Now Belgium will really have something to fear, a strong opposition for their right to rule in what is not a democratic position.

            “Brussels are not elected by the people, but are self-appointed. See the European Parliament fragment and where bickering amongst themselves will become self-evidential.

“Their structure now is breaking apart, they cannot hold it together. Even France is thinking of leaving unless major reforms are done and achieved. Until that is decided upon, the Brexit situation will be in the hands of a great leader. An even greater opposition than they first thought possible.

            “Brussels will see that they have fierce opposition against them and not only from the United Kingdom. This situation will start to break wide open, as the United Kingdom will take the lead under its new leader!”

NEWSLETTER NUMBER NINETY-NINE

We Must Be Kind to Ourselves

The most important lesson for us all is to be kind to ourselves.

All too often we consider others above ourselves, leaving us feeling either left out or resentful that we don’t have the time or the inclination.

          Sometimes we need a gentle push to set us on our way.

          Time and space on ourselves is an essential ingredient to happiness and wellbeing.

          So when time allows, and we must all make that necessary time, then we must see what is important.

          In giving to ourselves, we are not being selfish, but good natured for all the hard work that we have already done to achieve matters for all.

          Being kind to ourselves we are in turn uplifted and can give to others at a later date.

          All needs to be in balance for us to benefit by the harmony of our combined energies.

          Start to see that when we feel good, that goodness vibration seeps out to others, so as we gain, so others do as well!

“The pain and suffering held by the families of the Manchester suicide bomber will take time to recover. Trauma of this nature must take its course. The families of the victims will go through their own heartache of disbelief and shock.

            “Manchester, as with other cities, has a collective unconsciousness, where they support all their citizens in time of crisis. Their resolve is unflappable and resolute.

            “The healing of this great city will take time, but healed it will be. All emotional repair is what this great city stands for as a united front. No matter what colour, creed or religion, the people of Manchester stand shoulder to shoulder – they will never be defeated

            “Start to see the gentle but methodical uprising and where the victims of this great city will never be forgotten. A special plaque to celebrate their lives will be erected in the city centre. This way no one can forget them, as they will be immortalised for all time.

            “Respect for the grieving families is the highest priority at this time. Community workers will act tirelessly to dedicate support where needed. All families of the victims are held in special prayers around the country

            “Their pain and suffering becomes less over time. Nothing can replace these amazing souls, whose young lives were taken. Their memories live on in the hearts of those who love them and knew them. That will be forever and a day.

            “All are now at peace in the Spirit World, where their lives now start a different journey. Their spirit bodies live on and are now at peace, their lives emerging in a different energy field, where love and healing know no bounds.”

Great Britain Will Be Able To Forge Ahead

“As we approach another minefield in our political structure, we are reminded that together we can achieve far more. It is now in the next few weeks that we must forge ahead and bring peace to our own minds.

            “Great Britain must stand alone, but resolute in its thinking and aspirations for a better world for all. Great Britain needs to show the way forwards, where this country becomes great again

            “We cannot be steered by bureaucracy and the outrageous and nonsensical bureaucracy that is imposed on us by Brussels. Teresa May will be able to forge ahead with a comfortable majority.

            “Her vision of a great future is already mapped out in her mind. She is being given direct insight by her own guides into how to organise Great Britain’s future.

            “This is not for her own aggrandisement, but for the future of our amazing country. She wants to see the lifting up of taxes, where the poor are lifted out of poverty.

            “She will give new work incentives, so that people are better off working than being given Social Security cheques. Theresa May is a pioneer in her own right. She knows what is right and wrong.

            “She is not controlled by the Unions, who want to undermine her own conscience. The people of Great Britain already know that their futures are safe in her hands.

            “See new imposed policies, which will reflect heavily on European Laws, Europe has lost its way. It is trapped in its own heavy and messed up policies. It feels impossible to re-invent itself and to try and bring back stability to a flagging continent.

            “The brilliant minds of Europe are not being heard. Reform on many matters needs to be done. It is already too heavy with stringent regulations that are not worth the paper they are written on.

            “Great Britain will lead the way by reforming itself, so it will form a precedent that other countries will in time follow on. It is the guts and the bravery of Great Britain and its people to do what is right for the common man.

            “Great Britain will be able to forge ahead, be the light at the end of the tunnel and it will pave the way finally for reforms in Europe. Europe has no choice. They need a leader who is outside the box, who can shed that all important light for salvation now!”

Who is Prepared to become an International Leader & Pave the Way for Peace?

“To understand the full extent of the cyber hacking going on throughout the World is to see the full horror of people wanting to hold nations to ransom. This now becomes a global problem, where nations together must cooperate to bring this state of lawlessness to its knees.

            “Great secret institutions throughout the world spy on each other, wanting to undermine those nations in whatever way they can, only to find that they fall foul of their own makings.

            “What ye sow, so shall ye reap is the message here. So when Governments seek to destroy or bring down other Governments, they can hardly whinge when it happens to them.

            “We are all living in a dog eats dog society; there are no compromises anymore, only ruthless actions. Now is the time for a universal consensus to start speaking to each other, where threats of this nature can be avoided.

            “There is little point in placing safeguards in our computers for whatever safeguards you have now in place will become irreverent in six months’ time, when the crime syndicates formulate another breakthrough.

            “It means that the Governments of this world are always playing catch up. They are not dealing with the many despondent issues inflicted on people by bullying Governments.

            “The unrest around this world is now proportionate to the amount of barbarisms being handed out. Until nations start to negotiate peaceful terms of action instead of out of control aggression then an escalation of cyber chaos will continue.

            “When will Governments start to wake up and start to work together and bring about a return to sanity and diplomacy? How much destruction needs to occur before the wakeup call is realised?

Situations will only get worse before they can get better! Who is prepared to become an international leader and pave the way for peace? The bully boys/dictators are winning, which nations are prepared to stand together and say, “No more!”

France’s Presidential Elections Become another Joke

“With Europe in chaos and the French Presidential Election in progress, all seems extremely unsettling for France and Europe. Until someone credit worthy can stand up against the powerful unions in France then finance continues to sink under the weight of bureaucracy and the unions.

“The French people are fed up with the labour unions, who continue to hold the French Governments at war since 1948. This has caused stagnant situations for the Government, so that no economic or social reforms become possible.

“Until the French people themselves manage to stand up at last, then 69 years becomes 70 years and so on. Who is there in France willing to do more than be a President without power?

            “It is the unions that control France bringing this country to bankruptcy. It is high time an internal revolution, held by the people themselves, to bring down this status quo, which has lasted for decades.

            “There is no point in the French people crying out that nothing can change. They must find a way and fight this internal deadlock to be broken. Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher succeeded in breaking the unions in Great Britain.

            “She had the guts and the courage that no French Prime Minister or President has ever had! She won through hardship and sheer conviction that Great Britain would never be held to ransom again.

            “The British people were behind her. To this day the unions have never had the hold on Great Britain again. France is weak.  They do all their pomp and ceremony trying to act big to the rest of the world.

            “But they are weak in their own country and continue to decline until one day, a courageous person of some significance can stand up and say enough is enough!

            “Until that time comes, France’s Presidential elections become another joke. The face might change, but the status quo still remains. It is the unions that hold power, not the Prime Minister or President There is but a puppet position without any teeth!”

NEWSLETTER NUMBER NINETY-EIGHT

Think Before You Speak

The message to all of us must be, “Do not comment on another person’s life until you have walked in their shoes for at least a year.”

I often hear these days that one should do this or they should do that and then things/situations will turn for them.

When a person’s life goes so horribly wrong, often it is not that individual’s fault, but a series of lifelong circumstances against that individual bringing them close to even, at times, taking their own life.

It is only by being born into a life of problematic events that causes a soul from an early age to do what it needs to in order just to survive.  Never mind enjoying themselves, where for them that seems like an impossibility.

Many souls are struck down by debilitating illnesses or viruses where sheer utter exhaustion, both mentally and physically overcomes them.  They remain bedridden for years trying, each and every day, to just get out of bed and to wash and dress themselves, which takes all their strength and mental agility and there is nothing more left.  They become a spent force.

What actually is known is that we are always changing and situation/events never stay the same unless you are medically completely impaired.  It is in those changing times that miracles do happen and what is considered the status quo for the rest of their lives, new light is shone.

Health and medical emotional changes do happen and where souls finally see a light at the end of their tunnel.  Through the power of the Spirit and only at that right time, breakthroughs, which were not there before, become apparent.

          The individual can see their lives emerging out of a deadlock situation and they find themselves slowly being healed and life for them begins to change.

          It is that time alone that the individual is able to rise out of the ashes of despair and emerge into a more stable place of being.  This comes automatically to that individual soul and not because someone has thrown away a careless line that that soul should take themselves off for a twenty minute walk.

          When an individual is so broken by circumstances beyond their control and does not have the energy to even get out of bed, never mind do anything else.  Not because of laziness, but because of the debilitating circumstances, they don’t need to hear a twenty minute walk will do them the world of good.

          Clearly that individual has no concept of the suffering that sick person has gone through.  We are all guilty of making careless futile comments, but it is these comments that can have a profound bearing on individual suffering souls and put them in a greater/deeper situation of suffering and anxiety.

          It is five years since a careless Australian hoax call was made to a London hospital, where the Duchess of Cambridge was admitted.  The call pretended to be the Queen wanting to speak to her daughter-in-law.

          The nurse realised too late that she had made a mistake in putting the call through.  Such was her guilt and anxiety that she felt she had done wrong that she couldn’t live with herself and later she took her own life.

          The message is, “Think before you speak”, because circumstances can get out of control very quickly and distressed souls, physically, mentally, emotionally do suffer far more than the individual commentator realises.

There Will Be a New Chapter Written For Europe

“As the country goes to the polls again, new life is already being breathed in in Westminster. All that has been so hard fought for and where so little progress was being made on the political front.

            “Now a new brand of optimism is emerging and where new predictions of importance to the country will be announced. The people will speak favourably of a strong female leader, where strength in delivery is of the utmost importance.

            “The country will rally around so that Great Britain can obtain its exit strategy from Europe in a better way. The emergence of a new world order, where Great Britain has been trailing along in so many ways; start to see a stronger more committed country and where reforms to Europe must come out of the affray.

            “The pressure on Great Britain to stay within the European Market will strengthen to allow Britain to get her trading deals. Europe does not want to lose Britain as a trading partner.

            “So even though Great Britain will leave, they will leave with honours, more than they even though possible before. The iron will of Brussels can no longer hold its position.

“Too many disgruntled countries will no longer support the status quo. See extraordinary events transpire, leaving Europe sinking without a lifeline. Germany alone cannot hold the guide rope; dissention in its Government will have its own consequences.

            “There will be a new chapter written for Europe as it starts to claw back or salvage what is now only left to see. Europe broken in two and where there is no common ground to repair it.”

History Will Prove That Great Britain Did the Greatest Thing

“The General Election announced by Theresa May yesterday will give her a greater mandate to get the best deal for Brexit. The British people need now to get behind the Prime Minister in order to help safeguard our future.

            “The European Commission will want to negotiate a very hard exit strategy. Their fear is, if Britain gets of lightly others will follow – this will happen anyway!”

            “Britain will stand firm behind their Prime Minister Theresa May with a show of solidarity. United, Great Britain has always stood firm especially when the odds are heavily stacked against them.

            “They will never give up the fight for long-term justice and a decent exit for the people of Great Britain. See the negotiations go head to head almost in mortal combat, where tired and frustrated deals will be made to the mutual satisfaction of both sides.

            “The British people will rise to take up the challenge behind their leader and will be able to smell victory before it has all been settled. New laws, new trade deals, with European countries coming out in favour as they want it also for themselves.

            “Britain would be directionless under Jeremy Corbyn. He has no idea how to negotiate a strategic plan of action. His days within the Labour Party are indeed numbered.  The Labour Party is in disarray in six different ways.

            “There is no united force within this party. They will be out of office for another twelve years, sitting in the side-lines waiting for opportunities that never come.

            “This is not about victory for Theresa May, it is about victory for Great Britain where united a strong unit can move mountains. See concessions and more concessions given to Great Britain in their stringent negotiations, which will bear fruit.

            “Great Britain stand shoulder to shoulder themselves from a sinking and ineffective bureaucratic Brussels machine. They will win and gain many new trade deals.  They will wonder why they didn’t come out earlier.

            “History will prove that Great Britain did the greatest thing and where success to the people will be seen by all!”

“The situation in Syria will get worse and not better with escalating violence on all sectors. No one will agree to give up strategic military gains, even though there are sifting aspects every day.

            “There can be no peace while Bashar al-Assad remains in power. He continues to be a thorn in the side, even among his followers. A shift of two camps will emerge splitting Syria in two.

            “The West will take on one section and the various other interested parties will take the other. Russia will want the lion’s share of the spoils and will never give up vital territory it has already gained.

            “Russia sees Syria as an extension of its own power and control – another piece of Russia for the people to submit to their demands when the time comes. So one dictator is taken over or controlled by a superior dictator, who is master in his own domain.

            “The West will once again prove to be futile against a superior force of action. America cannot afford to escalate war on too many frontiers. It no longer has the money or the appetite for it in spite of US generals wanting it.

            “President Trump will now play a canny game of cat and mouse, jumping in to make matters worse with no final outcome. It is the people of Syria, who continue to be used as pawns in the escalation of this power struggle.

            “At this time Russia holds its stance and maintains a level of confidence that is unstoppable in this war of attrition. Even Israel with all its might cannot force a common solution. They will be exposed for their untimely dealings in this situation.

            “They are no longer the silent aggressors behind America.  They are seen by many as the single most aggressive force to combat Syria for its own purposes, which again is concession of land.

            “They are like a slow but effective cancer for their own purposes and needs. Syria is a fallen country and where Russia will hold the balance of power as no one will be prepared to take them on. The Syrian people colonised again!”

We Stand Alone and Are Proud To Do So

“People continue to worry and discuss about Brexit and whether it will be good or bad for the UK. The one thing so many people have forgotten is that the British are both fighters and survivors.

            “No longer will the British people put up with the gravy machine of bureaucracy in Brussels and their inflated egos. Those politicians do not represent the views of the people – they are not elected by the people.

            “Their only consideration is for power in their positions. In time the bureaucratic mountain will crumble – it will lose its power. More and more countries will leave the European Market after the British come out.

            “They are just waiting to see how the British handle it all. The things that we have in Britain are brains and guts. We do not shy away from challenges, but face fear in the face and deal with it.

“We are so blessed to have very talented people in our country, those who are not afraid to negotiate on the highest level. Europe needs Britain as their trading partner. To cripple a major trading partner with tariffs just to prove they are mighty will not work.

            “It will have an enormous backlash, so compromises at the highest levels will be achieved for mutual satisfaction. The rest of the world is now vying for position to trade with Britain.

            “Something we have denied ourselves in a very long time, preferring to do business across the Channel. We, the British people, have always been mighty and steadfast.

            “In World War II we stood alone against massive opposition and survived against the odds. We are not afraid to take our fight to Europe and win. The British people have already noticed good things happening with a renewed confidence that was not there before.

            “We stand alone and are proud to do so. We also embrace others in the world that share our views and will become new larger trading partners than Europe could ever be. We are on the threshold of greatness once again.  We stand firm and victorious again!”

NEWSLETTER NUMBER NINETY-SEVEN

With Change Comes Renewed Energy and Optimism

We are all in the midst of massive universal changes and where life is now not as we know it any longer.  We are all seeing changes in the world and in our day to day lives, which are constant and in some cases can be a little unnerving.

Consider this, as we go through these changes we are in fact leaving the past behind and those old ways.  We are all embracing the now and the future coming tomorrow.  This is not a time for dread, but a time for upliftment and restoration.

No longer will the past life suit us.  We have all outgrown it and like this snail we must give up our shell and move on.

These life transformations can appear difficult during the time we are going through them, but when we finally come out the other side we are all grateful that we did that journey for we are restored in a better way.

          The shredding away of old habits, old thoughts and situations, is a step by step procedure.  We are all entering these phrases together, but at different stages of development.  Understand that we are not going through these changes alone.  We are always helped and guided along the way.

          Our Spirit Guides and helpers are walking this new path with us and they are fully aware of the fears and pains we are suffering.  They are the ones who tell us to take it easy, not to put too much pressure on ourselves to succeed quickly.

          After all, if a job is worth doing it is worth doing well and at a pace we can all comfortably manage.  Many of us get spiritual messages in our dreams or advice comes to us in a thought form and we are always steered in the right direction.

          Our lives are precious.  They are a God-given gift and we must appreciate all that is given to us.  Even those hard tasks to do we can collectively benefit all the time.  As we become stronger again, having gone through our transformations, life appears good again and not so much hard work.

          We are in a position to think more clearly and where we can start making decisions for our futures, which before seemed impossible.  With change comes renewed energy and optimism.  There is life after letting the past go and restored balance is finally there once again.

High Time We All Took Stock and Time Out for Ourselves

“Today’s people appear highly strung and anxious all the time. Too much pressure on one’s time is now paying the price on so many people’s lives. Consequently, illnesses in various ways are as a direct result of these pressures.

            “We all must try in our own ways to lessen the pressures where we can. Country walks are an old pastime that many of us have forgotten. Unless we have dogs to walk, we all tend to run from here to there.

            “It is being in the quiet that is so important, to smell the air and the freshness. The best time to go is after it has rained and where the air is at its sweetest.

            “The cleansing of nature and the sustenance that rain brings gives us automatically that freshness. Water of every kind has an extremely powerful stress relief property.

            “Just being by water, lakes, waterfalls, ponds and the sea restores us in ways we don’t always understand. We are all spiritual beings and we all act better when we are at peace and at harmony with our minds and bodies.

            “We all need to be in a gentle loving atmosphere, where we can heal and become restored. Life with its rushing around makes us feel giddy, as if we are in a sea storm situation, battered and bruised by the elements.

            “It is only when we are in calm waters and the turbulence has subsided can we feel balanced again. Too much pressure, too many batterings will play havoc with our lives.

            “It is high time we all took stock and time out for ourselves, then peace and balance will restore us and happiness and contentment can enter in.”

We Don’t Ever Fail!

            “The reason we are all here on this earth is to fulfil our destiny and help others to fulfil their own. It is in helping and support of others that we ourselves are supported.

            “All of us are connected to each other in one form or another and where Mankind must be aware of their obligations and responsibilities to each other. The human race cannot go forwards unless there is mutual collaboration and assistance in so many ways.

            “We all of us have a set of special skills, which when we come together can assist for the greater good. Look now not to selfish deeds, but in the helping of others for with our help when it is our time and when we are in need, so our turn automatically comes in.

            “We are all God’s creatures to support each other and bring happiness to us all, so that we can thrive and recognise God in others. When we are spiritually advanced, we are able to take our responsibilities to a higher level.

            “We occupy a space in time, where we can assist on a higher spiritual level of love and guidance. We are then able to establish a higher knowing of what the Creator has in mind for us.

“Many people have visions and expectations of a greater future coming to us all. We are all on this learning curve to reach the pinnacle of our own evolution and extend it further where necessary.

            “The more we know and are educated in the Higher Forces, the more we can achieve both professionally and personally. We are all aspiring to greater things and that time is already happening for all of us, whether we realise it or not.

            “None of us is standing still, but gently progressing every day, which is God’s will for us all. We don’t ever fail!”

It Is Never Too Late To Achieve Worthwhile Changes

            “Today is the day for real change. We all have the right to look at ourselves and start to see ways in which we can change. It might be how we act or think; how we address others, who are needy and feel insecure.

            “We all have the ability to change. What we need is the incentive to do something about it. See in your calendar where the need for change will inspire you to deliver in whatever you want to do – a pleasant holiday, an event of some importance, an exam or test of some kind, even a public appearance.

“Let’s start with a goal and see within reason how we can achieve this. Once we have achieved our desired goal for change then let’s see if we can maintain it.

            “We all have the strength within us to make those necessary changes – it all starts with a simple step and carries on. None of us are without courage and conviction and when the time is right we can overcome all obstacles and win through the day.

            “Your time will come and then the momentum to improve in whatever capacity starts to take up a life of its own. Your time will come – it is never too late to achieve worthwhile changes and then peace of mind comes in.”
