MUSTAFA'S MESSAGE urges us now to

"Start to Consider Your own Needs."

"How often have you heard the saying "I sacrificed everything for them and this is how they treat me!"

"The conditions of what we give and when we decide to give is not based on the criteria of thanks or gratitude, but because we decided to give it on the basis of unconditional love.  Many of us expect some form of gratitude or appreciation and this is often missed.

"Our lives now are so programmed that it is expected to have or to receive and there is no need to do anything for it.  How far removed have we all become in this world of materialism that pain is suffered now by the giver and it has taken the joy out of giving, because it is almost expected.

"Our families tend to be the worst in this scenario, because familiarity breeds contempt and this has become a failing for so long now that if we were to mention it, they, the family, would be incensed at our disapproval of them.

"I believe that we must begin to make a stand and to make it a conscious decision to give only when we feel it is right for that individual to have and not because they, as the family, expect it.

"This will over time bring in respect to the giver and a greater appreciation of what is given is demonstrated.  So many of us have lost the vital values of considerations for a persons feelings of those who constantly give and are never appreciated, but is expected of them to give is always in the background.

"It is because they have continued to give over the decades of their life that the receivers still expects this of them.  They never think that the giver has sacrificed sometimes immense hardship in order to provide and often at great detriment to themselves.

"So I urge you now, especially where there is great hardship borne to the giver, to now start to consider your own needs, because you do not have a bottomless pit and there must be enough funds left over for yourselves.

"It is imperative that one looks now to ones own interests and self survival and then, if there is sufficient funds left over and there poses no hardship to the giver, then they can continue to give only if they feel it is right to do so.

"We tend to feel it is expected and so we give and never even feel that we are considered in anyway and in this day and age that is so often the case.

"Today, where the economic situation is so dire especially with people on fixed incomes and where they have to account for every penny then, to expect anything from them should be realistically approached.

"Parents often give to their grown up children funds and support when they are left with next to nothing in their own account.  In the end it is the role of the giver to speak out and to say that they are not able to give and should their situation change and if it is within their hearts, they will give again.

"This allows for a settling down period to transpire and the receivers then will be grateful perhaps for the first time in ages and an appreciation, not an expectation, becomes the norm.

"The giver must start to take personal responsibility not to allow expectation to be the order of the day.  Then peace of mind is restored.

            Following the success of In the Stars and our websites, Jenny has been invited by SCENE Publishing to add a Horoscope to their magazine, which circulates in Kent and south London.  For those of you who are interested they can be emailed at info@spublishing.co.uk and their website is www.spublishing.co.uk 

            For those who are following the Horoscope in the In Magazine as In The Stars, this is still being published, but we have taken the decision to publish the former now on our websites, so those who follow this regularly will notice the change of logo.

            These two are channelled separately as the magazines have different publishing dates and they are designed to attract a different clientele, so Mustafa has to show his metal twice a month now due to his popularity.

            Two new sites have been added to www.spiritualist-guidance.org called Messages from White Feather and Music for Relaxation as we are often asked for suggestions and so we have added those that we use ourselves for others who may be interested..

Does this spooky image show ghost boy watching builders demolish his old school?

Ex pupil? The boy in the image appears to be around eight and is wearing a dark top and cap

 The ghostly image of a young boy was captured on camera as builders demolished an old school building. John Fores, 47, insists the spectral figure was not present when he took the picture of the part-demolished brick building. But when he looked back at the images he spotted the boy, aged around eight with short hair and wearing a dark top, standing on the right of the picture looking into the camera.

Mr Fores was carrying out demolition work on the site at Anlaby Primary School, near Hull, East Yorkshire. He took several pictures on his mobile phone to record the demolition work. He said: 'I took the pictures just after noon. I took a few and at the time didn't notice anything. When I put the pictures on the computer and I saw the figure, the hairs on the back of my neck stuck up. I couldn't believe what I had seen. I didn't believe in ghosts, but since I got this picture I am not so sure.'

The image of the young boy is exceptionally clear, but the builder insists he has not altered the picture in any way. The school, which is still in use, was built in 1936. Caretaker Gordon Bradshaw, 54, said it has a reputation for being haunted. He said: 'I've been here 29 years and the kids have always said there is a ghost at the school. I've never seen anything though.'

Rob Taylor, of the Hull Paranormal Ghost Society, said: 'I have never seen anything as clear and as distinctive as the boy in the picture. 'I am aware of people using mobile phones and getting orbs and misty images. It needs further investigating.'

          For all those who voted for Annabelle Holland, thank you.  She officially came second and is currently holidaying in Jamaica.  On her return we hear that she is likely to set up her own design company.

Some thoughts from White Feather Ignorance of Man Each and every person should take a look at themselves. Look deep within and see what is real, and what is not.  How many times do people make excuses and put off what they should be doing?  How much time do they think they have? Time here is to be used wisely.  No one has the time to be ignorant or complacent.  Every moment spent here is for learning and creating a better understanding of their lives. So it is wise to think about nourishing yourself with lasting effects - not just the temporary satisfaction of the selfish or material gains. To feel this is to be truly free and with freedom there is everlasting happiness.  True understanding can then manifest itself within your mind and uplift the spirit to new dimensions. "Being Content with Little

 does Mean More."

"As we await the changes to befall this country after the monetary mess we all have been placed in, remember our own responsibility in getting our own house in order.

"It is often easy to blame government for so many things, but each and every one of us must not lose sight of our own needs, which are completely different from our wants.

"So if you take care and remain positive in all things useful changes to your lifestyle can and do occur.  We must never take it for granted that we have a job for life or that we are healthy for life.

"We cannot afford that laissez-faire attitude.  Now while we are still into the first quarter of the year, we can still make those fundamental changes so that in the long term we will benefit from what we do now!

"Look to see what matters to you.  Is it your lifestyle or is it true happiness?  Is it working all hours or is it peace of mind?

"Do we really need that new car or can we manage with what we have?  Do we really need that large house with all its heating costs and upkeep or would we be content with something smaller?

"Peace of mind comes in when we fully realise what is important in our lives and how can we change it to make it better?

"The struggle need no longer be there.  We make our own hardships.  Begin to learn to let go and a new idea is given to you.  From that a new life can emerge with less hassle and pain.

"Being content with what you have and not extending yourself is a wonderful thing.  To have so much means nothing, if it is not fully utilised in the right way.  We all acquire much more than we actually need.

          "It can be the smaller things in life that give the most pleasure.  Being content with little really does mean more.

Message from the Chair

 "If we believe in the rebirth of our civilization, then clearly this renaissance must begin in the chambers of our own hearts". This comment by Geog Feuerstein, author of many books on Buddhism, Yoga and Hinduism, underlines the importance of beginning any great project of transformation by concentrating on our own selves. In the West we have often sought to transform the world by imposing change and revolution from without, often with the best of motives, but often leading to the opposite of what we hoped for. The great spiritual traditions of the East have much to teach us about what we would now call a 'bottom-up' or 'grass-roots' approach. In Gautama Buddha's words: "We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make our world." Perhaps this is also what the Taoist sage is advising us in the cryptic statement: "If you want to find the Way, you do not need to venture out of doors", though I would add: "When you have found the Way, don't keep it to yourself".

OUIJA BOARDS FOR SALE to VERY YOUNG CHILDREN

          We find it very upsetting to read in the Psychic News of the length companies will go in order to make money however dangerous their product may be to young children.

Michael's first introduction to poltergeist activity was through two young children playing with a Ouija board, who allowed the entry of a strong physical male presence into a family home in Berkshire.

Hasbo Toys, an American toy manufacturer, has produced a OUIJA BOARD targeted at young female children.

It is made in a 'dazzling shade of pink" with a suggested age of 8+ indicated on the front of the box.

Toys R Us website states, "It has always been mysterious.  It has always been mystifying.  And now the OUIJA Board is just for you, girl….With 72 fun questions included, you'll never run out of things to ask.  Who will you call/text me next.  Will I be a famous actor someday? ...It is just a game or is it?"

            The board is for sale through Amazon and many high street stores.

Tales abound of misadventure with a Ouija board used irresponsibly or in ignorance of the dangers.

            I quote here from the much respected Maurice Barbanell, "The Spirit World is not composed entirely of saints.  There are practical jokers and leg-pullers who will flock the moment they see an opportunity…to indulge in some fun.  This is all the more likely to happen when sittings are held haphazardly and with no serious motive."

            A number of people have already launched a campaign to have this wicked product withdrawn.

We are very pleased to announce a new page to our websites.  It is called Presence of the Lord and it contains the words of Jesus explained through the spiritual channelling as we receive it.

            We are happy to introduce White Feather, who is the First Nation guide of Rebecca Dunwoody.  She met her guide through one of our teaching circles and is now ready to send out his philosophy through our newsletter on a regular basis.

Some thoughts from White Feather Our Responsibility to Our Children  Those of us who have children in our care have a responsibility to do what is right by them and teach them what is truly necessary for them to survive in this earthly world.  Promoting the importance of caring for their Spiritual self should be paramount as it will enable them to sail through life and bring them empathy for others they meet along their path.  With the right words and gentle guidance children can fully understand the right way in which to manifest lasting happiness and fulfilment. The greatest gift to them is reassurance that they are never alone and they are being helped every step they take, gently remind them not to fear the inevitable death of loved ones, but to understand the perfect truth behind it.  Encourage their naturally loving and caring ability for each other and all living things. By teaching them these foundations in life, you give them the very best chance of survival within this ever darkening world.  Let them shine as beacons to others and allow them their right to be closer to God and all it offers. MUSTAFA’S MESSAGE tells us that it has become quite noticeable that during this harsh economic and unsettled times that an increase of stress to the human mind has come about.

Many people for all sorts of reasons are experiencing great fluctuations in their routine of life and are suffering in various ways.

When the mind becomes so unsettled, the body follows suit with various aches and pains and disabilities where before there was none.

People are now turning no longer to the doctor, who only can dish out antidepressants in the hope it will get their patients over the hump.

The doctors never look to the deep underlying issues, which are the real causes of so much unrest, preferring to temporally with antidepressants to block it out, making people go around like zombies.

The public are not stupid and generally realise that something more is required other than being doped up for months on end.

They are starting to take decisions into their own hands and where the doctors often fail them, they are now looking for alternative practices where relief and a greater understanding of their particular problems are found and yes – actually successfully treated.

I have noticed that people want to get better and what is more important to find out the root cause of their sufferings.

Psychotherapy and Hypnosis has become invaluable to them in so many ways and after a few appointments begin to see a noticeable difference to their minds, whereby peace and understanding comes in and their minds and bodies actually become healed.

It is the holistic approach, something that is common place in the Eastern World where they treat the whole body and mind as one and so a greater relief is obtained instead of what is currently on offer by our General Practitioners, which is to deal with the symptoms and not ever dealing with the real issues.

Enquires and the treatment of patients is far more common for Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy than at any other time.

It is the people themselves who are taking control of their lives, because they at least want to get well.

The success to them is noticed not only by them, but by their families and close associates. They have finally got their lives back and are no longer afraid to admit to how they achieved this.

One must remember that therapy is a mutual transaction for the benefit of the patient and, because of their participation in this quest, they always feel the benefit and are always pleased that they decided to go down that path.

A happier outcome is achieved and life begins anew once more!

The sharp eyed amongst you may have noticed that Jenny was lead to make a dramatic change to the eyes of Mustafa in her portrait of her much loved 4,000 year old guide.

It took a strong nerve to poke out two perfectly good eyes and start them again, but she was guided from the Spirit Realms and the results are even more beautiful and successful.

Angels by Marius Michael-George

This year my birthday card from Jenny was of the most beautiful painting of the Archangel Chamuel by the Romanian painter of sacred art from Budapest. I have placed a link on the Signposts page under Angel Art of www.spiritualist-guidance.org

I recommend a visit to his superb collection of paintings of Angels, Archangels and Ascended Masters.

Marius Michael-George is a classically trained visionary artist and art teacher who specializes in Sacred Art. He is a native of Eastern Europe born in Bucharest - Romania and presently divides his working time between an art studio in Paradise Valley, Montana and Art Gallery in Mt. Shasta, California.

Scanning the unseen through the "eyes of the soul," Marius creates images that become portals into other realms and invite the viewer to participate in a spiritual experience.

Angels, Faeries, Saints and Ascended Masters seem to feel at home in his studio and whether in ethereal bodies or physical form, they are the main protagonists of his compositions.

Marius studied painting with one of the most prestigious masters of classical art in the U.S., Frank Mason, at the Art Students League in New York City and afterwards he was trained in the system of classical realism at Atelier LeSueur and Atelier Lack in Minneapolis.

His original oil paintings and murals are found in public and private collections across North and South America and Europe and all artwork is published internationally as prints and cards.

My guide Red Cloud has recently set me a question that is very worthwhile considering by us all.

"IS 'GOD' THE UNIVERSAL CONSCIOUSNESS or the EARTHLY CONSCIENCE?"

We all need to take time out to ask ourselves what 'God' means to us in our own every day lives.

Naturally 'He' means different things to each person and we must be aware of this and be tolerant to the belief systems of others. This applies to all people in all circumstances.

So reflect on whether in your own belief system 'God' is the Universal Consciousness of which we are all a part or an earthly conscience formed to prick us when we prefer to go our own way regardless of the feelings of others.

It's good to have a happy story to tell about the benefits of being looked after by those who love us and work with us each and every day of our lives.

We were blessed by our spirit guides and the Spirit Realms above with an example of perfect timing as they are often telling us is what the 'Godhead' does so very well.

Just before the cold weather started and the snow fell giving us the big freeze of 2010, the cavity walls of this dwelling were filled with foam and the attic was insulated by efficient and knowing souls.

The work was conducted by Skinner and Reeve in the friendliest manner and with the minimum of fuss. As the walls heated up from the inside the temperature difference proved the success of their operation.

tells us to make the most

out of the least

"For those of us who feel we must spend a lot of money in order for us to have a good time is a commercial man's dictate.

"For most of us it will be the little things that will mean the most. Those homemade cakes, those jellies we are so fond of. Our all time favourites are always best.

"That small convivial gathering with those only that we love and who love us is enough. It makes this time of year special indeed.

"Above all, to be content in the arms of a loved one is all that we ever need. It is the most satisfying of all.

"The make the most of the least can be fun, because we have taken the time and made the effort for those who we feel are special in our lives.

"Some people even make and decorate their own cards. This gives much pleasure to the person making it and also for the receiver. Why?

"Because it is special and unique. It is not mass produced and therefore means so much more.

"Children are especially talented in this way making little things of beauty at school to offer their mothers and fathers, even grandparents.

"It is a time for the giving and receiving of love, which is especially noticed at this time of the year.

This of course costs nothing, but it can bring with it a permanent glow and it can transcend happiness over millions of miles.

"That long distant telephone call to loved ones abroad to hear that person's voice. The email system, the technology of the day, is so practical, yet so impersonal.

"You can never sense the other person's feelings whether it be of joy or pain, but that 'phone call can make all the difference.

"It is a statement, "I care for you especially at this time of the year and I want you to know that you are loved and not forgotten."

"The expression of contact, whether by 'phone call or by personal visitation especially when one is alone and often lonely, can mean so much – a few minutes of your time given with love always has a lasting effect.

"We all need love in our lives. None of us can survive without it.

It's what makes us grow and gives us the confidence and the spirit to carry on in our lives and helps often to conquer our own fears and anxieties.

"This Christmas for many will be a most wonderful time of the year to share in mutual joy.

"For those who feel they are alone, even in a crowd, will also be loved and that warmth of God's love will be enough to sustain them through this time of year and especially for those who have lost a loved one and it is hard for their family to let themselves be.

"That loss of a loved one must be talked about, the memory of that life remembered and to be reignited at this time of the year.

They may be in another dimension, but they are still alive and wish to be remembered.

"Love at Christmas, when given generously, is a very powerful product and can change peoples' lives always for the better and it costs nothing yet means so much.

"God bless, Mustafa."

The power of Spirit is so great and so universal that it brought a young man, who was of the Buddhist faith and way of life and originated from Sri Lanka and now has a prestigious job in the Newspaper Industry in London, to read his horoscope in a magazine, while waiting for his doctor's appointment.

The words in it were from Mustafa and sent through Jenny Ayers for publication voluntarily in the In Magazine and also put on one of our websites www.spiritualist-guidance.org.

He was so struck by Mustafa's words that he immediately telephoned Jenny for an appointment and despite 8" of snow he travelled from Essex to keep his appointment for a sitting with Mustafa.

He didn't tackle the homeward journey with any disappointment, because he had found new direction and understanding from Mustafa. This very pleasant young man can now follow his heart and seek out his love in Sri Lanka, who ironically had been snatched away from him by a bad horoscope.

Ken Grindle took this wonderful photograph of a mystical white stag in the Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire.

In Celtic times the sight of a ghost like white stag was considered to be a messenger from the Spirit World and brought a message that there would be profound changes in the lives of any one who saw it.

By the time of King Arthur, who actively pursued one but never caught it, it was believed to represent man's quest for spiritual knowledge.

According to Scottish legend King David I fell from his horse while chasing one and the white stag turned on him and threatened to kill him, but the king was saved after he prayed for God to save him and the stag miraculously turned into a white cross and vanished. Inspired by this King David built a Holy Cross as a shrine at the place called Holy Rood.

In the second century a roman general called Placidus, who served the emperor Trajan, was hunting a white stag at Trivoli near Rome. He saw a picture of Christ between its horns and was immediately converted to Christianity. This white stag told him that he would suffer for Christ and later he became the martyr Saint Eustace.

Angels

I was very interested in a recent Gallop poll mentioned in the Psychic News that 82% of women and 72% of men believed in Angels. We have no doubt that Angels exist and that they are, as Mustafa has told us, a creation of 'God' and have never lived as humans on the earth plane, but are here to bring hope, love and healing and to take away negativity. We all benefit from the activities of the Angels.

Negativity

Jenny picked up on a BBC radio programme called Gardiners Questiontime that Mother-in-Law's Tongue (Sansevieria trifasciata) was the best plant for removing negativity. It is ideal in that situation whether at home or in the office. We have put some around our work rooms as clients bring in negativity with their problems and I am pleased to say that they are thriving!

I had said that I didn't know any quotations about negativity when my guide, Red Cloud, immediately gave these words of significant truth to me:

Negativity is what holds up the advancement of enlightenment.

Overshadowing

Jenny gave a Demonstration of Clairvoyance at Burgess Hill last month as regular readers of this Newsletter will know. Among many very accurate and personal messages given was one very special one as a mother came close to her daughter."

I found it very interesting when you told me Spirit chooses which medium they come through and it made absolute perfect sense. I won't forget the moment, Jenny, when you were feeling mum's love and you just looked into my eyes and held my gaze - it was like she was right there with me."

What made this especially interesting and wonderful was that a gentleman in the back row told Jenny afterwards that he saw Jenny's face change.

Synchronicity

We received a very interesting and very pertinent email illustrating synchronicity at work in the lives of people today.

"Interestingly the window fitters found some old newspaper bits stuffed behind a window of my mum's new place dated 10th March 1920. It had the name COOMBS on it which is our family name. The synchronicity with that I'm sure is a sign to let her know she was meant to be there. I thought you might be interested to hear that."

Finally we send you our love and wish you well as the World continues to change and Mustafa's words continue to tell us what we can expect and give us guidance as to what we should be doing to help and survive.

At this special time around a very disturbed and bewildered world, we sent out our greetings to all peoples of all belief systems and ask that they in turn send out thoughts of peace and tranquillity for all those who are not as well off as they are in material and spiritual values.

As we all enter a new decade may we resolve to do more in searching out truth and using the power that we all have within to further the cause of Universal love and understanding, thanking the Godhead for our lives and showing us how we can best live them in the service of others.
